This adapter features a male USB Type-C interface and a female DisplayPort 1.2 interface, the latter of which connects to your host device using a DisplayPort cable. Resolutions are supported up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz and power is provided via the USB bus, meaning that no external power is required.

Please note that USB Type-C devices must support the DP Alt Mode feature of Thunderbolt 3. Also, a separately sold DisplayPort cable is required.
