One can only rate based on one’s own experiences. Despite positive reviews by others, my copy of this product not only repeatedly failed to make a network connection, but Windows troubleshooting could not fix the problem. Further, it prevented a clean shutdown, leaving no choice but to pull the power plug on the computer, not exactly a computer friendly option. No USB devices were plugged into the USB hub at the time. NOT RECOMMENDED.
