I recently purchased a Nikon Z9 which takes a USB-C charge cable. After trying to figure out a way to use the TetherTool Relay without much success, I purchased this battery that plugs directly into the USB-C port on the Nikon Z9 and keeps the internal battery fully charged. Great for long night shoots.

This product is fast and gives lots of charges. I have owned one for a year. It IS heavy at 1.5 lbs for a battery charger, but that is in exchange for the 100 Watt charging power for a laptop. One of the USB-A ports did break, maybe that is why they provide two of them. I would buy again except for the weight of it. I’d have to think that part through.

This unit works well, charges fast, and doesn’t burn out my power bank. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have any other choices of output besides USB-C, so if that standard goes away, this charger becomes useless. Probably won’t happen soon; this is a safe purchase.

Endless power with on/off switch and green indicator light. 2 three prong plugs with good spacing for adapters and plenty usb power connectors. Regardless of event you can assure it’s enough power for that whole day of video!
