The 18 x 16″ Tether Table Aero Standard Portable Computer Tethering Platform from Tether Tools is a portable tethering platform engineered by professional photographers and aerospace engineers. This non-reflective black platform is sleek, stable, and durable. The included LAJO-4 ProBracket makes it easy to mount on any 1/4″-20 tripod head, 3/8″ tripod mount, 5/8″ stud studio stand, or Arca-type compatible mounting attachment. The Aero Standard also comes with a custom storage case to protect the platform when not in use.

I purchased this to help me when I tether on location. The build quality is durable and comes with a carry bag. The bag fits the adapter my cables, Aero table with space to spare. So far I like it. An advantage with the adapter is that you can use a tripod mount or light stand. I found that to be beneficial since you can adjust it to your height or terrain. I would recommend this for this to anyone who tethers frequently on location.

The table is just what you expect, but the mounting device is kind of genius: it mounts on a stand, on a simple tripod mount or to a ball head. Simple, but makes a great location tool
