I like the electric start feature but did not like that the fuse had to be replaced after 6 weeks of use, sometimes used only once a week, sometimes twice a week. Took it in as I did not know what was wrong. Two years ago I purchased the Toro just like it not electric start, supposed to be easy start but after having to pull at least 18 times to get it started went to the electric start model.

I like it very much. First time lawn mower owner. Bought a lawn boy couldn’t get it started, returned it. Bought torro next,got electric start because of lawn boy mower experience..haven’t had to use electric start this one starts so easily on first pull but auto start works if I want to use it..this one only about $100 more than lawn boy lawn mower that didn’t have electric start and so worth the money. PS.. I would not have gotten the electric start if I had not had that lawn boy experience.Self pacel works good I’m still learning how to use it best for.small.lawn much manuverabiity needed…I’m a 50 something t woman with multiple sclerosis who uses a cane. I may user auto start in future as my health declines

I bought this mower 2 months ago and I like the quick start it has not given me any problems thus far, as well as the self propel feature it works great. But I am having a problem with backing up when I am mowing the lawn, the mower tends to becomes very rigid to move and I have to pull it really hard. The whole reason I got self propel was to be able to take on the hills easily but it is not working out well for me.

Love my new lawn mower it my 3rd one. I’m not liking the bag because it comes off the steel bars when the bag is full and I’m trying to shake the disposed grass in trash bag. My old mowers never came off because the were permanently attached to the bar.. Why did you change it?

I bought this to replace a 10 year old Super Recycler that had engine issues. The electric start works great. The issue I have is with mulching. This mower is not very good at mulching. The clippings leak out of the back of the mower at the plastic flap. If you mulch and not bag I can’t recommend this mower.

I’m 72 and for years I’ve had to pay to get my lawn cut. My “lawn cutter” left town so I started looking for someone else (and just out of curiosity lawnmowers). The things I couldn’t do to cut my lawn were: 1. pull starting and 2. pushing the lawnmower around. I had tried other self-propelled lawnmowers in the past, but the speed was selected by the lawnmower, not my abilities.
