I’m on year 3 and the mower works great. Starts on the first pull. Generally I cut the grass twice a week. I can do my whole yard on less than a tank of gas. The personal pace is a nice feature for me at 61-years old.

Great mower, started on first pull out of the box. I can cut the yard in half the time now, pulls up hills with ease no more struggling to push.Only thing I have noticed is when you bump into something or hit a rough spot in the yard, it seems like the mower is going to shut off. I guess it must just be a safety feature. Other than that, it is a great mower and I would recommend it!

I am very happy with that model so far…. l have owned 4 previous Toro mowers, the only one i was unhappy with was a model with plastic gears on the drive wheels, i hope you no longer make that.

I purchased the mower at the end of April 2020 from an authorized dealer. I like the personal pace rear wheel drive. However the mower does not always start on the first or second pull. In addition, I had difficulty restarting the mower after mowing the lawn on Wednesday, May 28,2020. I stopped to empty the grass bag and the mower would not start. I waited about five minutes, no start. Finally, after a period of about twenty minutes, the mower started and I was able to finish the job. I called the authorized dealer and ws told that in hot weather, the mower has a tendency not to restart because of a wax thermostat as prescribed by federal regulations. I do not know the veracity of this claim but I can not have the mower not starting after emptying the grass bag and waitingntwenty minutes for it to restart.

Love walk behind feature, much better than previous Toro. This machine is much lighter and poses one problem because of it. When cornering machine tends to allow the front of moer of the grass resulting in uneven areas.
