I love the mower overall. I can mow my lawn faster. The air filter cover attachment was broke (on one side), but I am still able to use the mower. One of the levels to raise the mower is bent and it is difficult to move the level. These are minor things and it seemed more of a hassle to return it, than to just deal with it.

This mower has the features I was looking for . Honda motor quality and a fuel shutoff means the carb will always be run dry at the end of each mowing session. Having the option of side discharge and mulching are pluses. Being able to adjust speed is a great positive. Plan on a long service life with routine maintenance.

Had this for 3 or 4 mows and working as designed. It is light(not cheap) and easy to maneuver and best of all no trouble with starting on 1st or 2nd pull. It replaced a Honda mower which I had for many years.. Would recommend this.

I bought this mower half way through the summer when my old Toro mower went on the blink. Had the old Toro 10 years and it was a jewel but this one, over the rest of the summer, was far better than the old one ever was. Starts easy, uses less fuel and nearly pulls you around the year.

Terrific cut and lots of power. Easy and comfortable to use. Water hose connection to clean out when done a plus. Easy to change leaf bag & mulcher. Easy assembly. Starts on first pull as promised.

Added oil and gas. Took a couple pills to get the system primed up, but I’ve run it a handful of times and it starts on the first pull. Awesome.

Works great. Bigger wheels in back help when mowing higher grass. Easy to use and to clean. Highly recommended

I was able to put the few pieces together that was needed. Although, the instructions left a bit to be desired. I thought I was looking at assembly instructions for IKEA furniture!I have only used it a few times, but had no problems. After assembly, it started on the first pull. Get back to me halfway through next season. I’ll let you know how it is going after using it many, many times.

We bought this lawn mower, and it works like a champ . Front wheel drive , and at your own pace. The mower cuts evenly, and starts on one pull. I’m sure if this mower is taken care of, it will last a long time. You can’t beat the Honda engine. Very satisfied.

Easy to assemble and operate. This mower replaced the exact same model that I have had for the last 7 years. I believe that says it all. Always starts with one pull.

Plenty powerful engine. Does an excellent job mulching the Fall leaves … pulverizes them completely … the first year I didn’t have to bag leaves. The variable speed was critical to the mulching process because mulching leaves requires a very slow pace and this lawnmower is capable of an absolute snail pace, if you want it. Very pleased. The bag attachment mechanism could stand a little improvement … it requires your concentration to properly position the two horizontal projections onto their coordinated supports on the handle rails. Also the opening of the bag is on the small side, so it takes a bit of shaking and jiggling to empty the bag. I’ve had Honda lawnmowers before and always found that a single pull was all that was needed to start them up. Although this Toro with a Honda engine claims that it starts up after either “one or two’ pulls, I found it usually takes three or four pulls to get it going. I don’t understand why that’s the case, considering that it’s a Honda engine, but that’s the way it is. It’s not a deal-breaker, just somewhat of a disappointment since I just came off a Honda.

Great lawn mower, easy to use and works great!

This is our first Toro. I’m impressed with how “heavy duty” this feels compared to our previous mower. The awd makes easy to glide across the yard. The only thing I would change it the way the bag attaches to the mower. The clippings drop out every time I disconnect the bag from the mower.

I have only used it one time. The mower seems like a decent mower. Honda engines are much better than the Briggs and Stratton junk that is now coming out. Not exactly thrilled with the delivery time of Home Depot though. The mower arrived a week late and did not want to leave it unattended at the curb. Maybe Christmas deliveries mixed this up?

Toro has never let me down.

Great lawnmower all around. The only issue I have with it is the bag sags down a bit so lawn clippings blow in your face while you mow.

It starts on the first pull and has a powerful motor. It is a little difficult to turn.
