It’s a fantastic Machine, only for the true yard dads. It’s heavy duty and cuts so smooth! 10/10 would recommend #teamtimemaster

It arrived assembled using the White Glove service… loved that. Fires up and goes every time. Powerful motor and easy to push. It is heavy and takes some getting used to when maneuvering around trees. Cut my time down a half hour. This is a must have. But could we increase the size of the gas tank?

The Personal Pace TimeMaster Mower; is everything and more.

Exactly what I was hoping for. Wide swath, speedy enough to keep up. Makes fast work of the lawn and the lawn looks great afterward. Easy clean up. Seems to go through gas fast: I have to fill up twice to get through a 2/3 acre lawn. My second Toro, they’re great.

Such a clean cut. Powerful motor does excellent job mulching the clippings. Excellent transmission make handling this mower EASIER than my previous 22” personal pace mower. Only downside is gas usage.

Picked one up over the weekend, unboxed, everything looked good expect the kill switch was hanging free and the blade engage mechanism seemed loose. Started without too much fuss, but couldn’t engage the blades, and the motor would cut out.Took it back to HD, the folks there were awesome, directed me to the rental department to see if they could help diagnose. Turned out that the there was a problem with the blade engage cable, it was too long. The good folks at HD switched it out for new machine, took it home , everything worked great, very pleased with the results. So net net, some quality issues for Toro, but huge props to the folks at HD Stadium in Tampa for keeping a happy customer. BTW This is a heavy beast, getting in and out of my truck was a workout !

I have only used it twice. There was a problem with the rear height adjustment lever. Hoffman’s Power Equipment picked it up and replaced the defective handle and got mower back to me the next day. Warranty covered it.I Love this mower. I only have one complaint. My property is in the city 65′ by 132′. Subtract the space occupied by my house, my garage, my utility shed and my 4 car driveway and all the sidewalks (i live on a corner) and the mower can’t hold enough fuel to cut my lawn. I don’t believe that the mower is a gas guzzler as some have commented, it just doesn’t have enough fuel capacity. The blue foam inside the tank does not help the situation. Toro, is that foam really necessary? When i was adding fuel i noticed that it doesn’t take much fuel at all to fill the tank. Considering this, without the foam there would be more room for much needed fuel. Just saying. But that doesn’t change the fact that i love this mower. The blue handle comes in really handy when navigating tight spaces or delicate areas. Instead of walking i just squeeze the blue handle gently and the mower inches ahead perfectly. I love that.I noticed where i ran out of gas so in the future i will add fuel before i get to that spot. No problem. So far, 5 star.

I researched a lot before making this purchase. Our house is on a hill with inclines front and back. This mower kicks it! I love the how you can walk at your own pace or totally step it up. Very happy with this purchase!

Contrary to what some have reported, this is an excellent machine! No problems with bogging down in longer grass.

On my 5th cut, so far I think it’s a great mower. I like the wide cut and the personal pace system. The mower is easy to handle.
Evert Turner (verified owner) –
The 30″ width is great for areas where I can’t use a riding mower. The double blades give a nice cut. The ability to have the mower running without the blades turning is nice feature.

I did a bunch of research on this mower. I actually purchased a used machine and did a through cleaning and once over to get a better gauge if this was something I would really want. I ended up selling it after I cleaned it up and upgraded some worn parts, there’s a nice market for used Timemasters in my area I found out. I had a Rider mower (approx. 15,000 sq.ft. Lawn) that was on it’s way out so I was beginning to see what’s available. I wanted to mulch for a better lawn health and bag the leaves in the Fall which was a huge reason to look at a larger lawn mower, reducing the footprint in my garage was another. I hard a 22″ mower when I first moved in but got a great deal on a rider so I parked that which was 13-14 years ago. Why the Timemaster, I will note that several lawn guy channels were the initial reference. Ryan Knorr with Ryan Knorr Lawn Care (I am near Chicago) peaked my interested first with some great videos and so did The Lawn Care Nut, several others after, but I hope you see who has some influence. I did make a modification prior to assembling my machine, I painted the wheels flat black.

Love this mower, great self propelling system, easy to handle and gets the job done much faster.
Arvid Rutherford (verified owner) –
Great lawnmower, cuts great, fast and easy to clean. Got it at a good price but wished it would have been free shipping. Only down fall is a small gas tank. I have a fairly good size yard and have to stop and add gas, but the good overrides the bad.

I recently purchased the Timemaster 30” and I’m very pleased with it. I’ve mowed my .5 acre lot (with landscaping) 4 times and it only takes me 30-35 mins. The mower starts on the first or second pull and moves at a fairly quick pace if you want it to. I also like the way the handle folds so that it requires less space in the garage. The deck wash feature is an added bonus and it only takes a few minutes to rinse the deck get the mower cleaned up before I return it to the garage.I use the mower in the mulch mode and it does a good to great job at it.The price (approx $1000) is a consideration…it’s a little pricey. However, my time is valuable and this mower saves me a lot of it!

These mowers are just awesome! This is the second one I’ve owned and I do like the newest engine alot. Very smooth and reliable. They always start on the first pull. Easy to clean and maintain.gets the lawn mowed faster with 30″ .

It’s a lot of mower. Self propelled is easy to push. Large yards you’ll have have yo refill the gas tank.
Jerald Quigley (verified owner) –
For a walk-behind mower, the TimeMaster is a beast. It is powerful enough to mow through the tallest grass without bogging down. The personal pace drive mechanism takes some getting used to, especially on less-than-smooth surfaces, but that is the only drawback to this otherwise fine Toro mower.
