I got my mower all set up and away I went. I have a slight hill in my front yard and my neighbors front yard that I mow. Not a problem. This mower is lightweight and bags like a breeze. I mow a couple other lawns and its a breeze.

Toro has a well known reputation for excellence for as long as I can remember. It is a product that is well respected..

It has started every time without hesitation. It is easy to handle and it runs very smoothly. So far, I am very satisfied with the product.

Bought this to replace my 25 year old Toro 20″ push that finally died and wasn’t worth repairing. The new Toro is much smoother and lighter to push and provides a nice clean cut. Easy height adjustments. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is that the clippings and dust escape the front part of the mower deck, which is fine if you are pushing forward, but if you are working a small area back and forth, it’s creates a lot of dust and leaves small leaves unmulched. Overall, a very good mower.

My “old” Toro lasted 31 years. The new one runs well and is easy to start. I am sure it will last as long as the old one.

As for the lawnmower itself it works great. very easy to start and manuver. I have two things that I think could be improved on. (1) the front wheels have to be constantly adjusted because they keep dropping back to the lowest level after raising them up to a higher level. (2) there is a space between the bag and back part of the mower that constantly blows grass and debris; which is very fustrating.

The motor is very dependable and easy to start and its mulching capabilities are second to none.

Easy to start, efficient on fuel. Should be easy to maintain with adding oil rather than changing it. One design flaw: the kill switch bar on the handle can pinch your hand between the safety bar and the handle.

Everything about this Toro machine lived up to exceptions except one thing. The engine doesn’t start up on the first pull of the starter cable as advertised. Often it takes three to four pulls.

Starts no more then 2 pulls every time. Great lawn mower

Just bought this a month ago. So far ok. Purchased because deck was a thicker gauge steel compared to other brands.

I love this machine I always want to own a toro one
Janelle Crist (verified owner) –
Cuts great even when grass is thick. Cuts even with morning dew.
Alaina Gottlieb (verified owner) –
Like advertised, it starts on the first pull. Bag catches most clippings and really can’t be expected to catch every single blade of grass. That is definitely an unrealistic expectation. Had my first Toro thirty-five years ago and this one is certainly more advanced. I’m not sure how or why the oil never has to be changed, but it certainly makes this machine hassle free. The large rear wheels help with maneuverablilty and ease of performance. And the price was good too.

I’ve only used the mower 3 or 4 times and so far it has been easy to start and mows the yard well. It has no choke or primer bulb, so I’m uncertain about whether it was always be so easy to start. Also, you have to check the oil every time you use it.
Filiberto Gerlach (verified owner) –
Starts on first pull. Like the feature where the oil fill hole is on top not tucked away near the bottom of the engine. Like the feature where to fold down the handle down there only one hand tightened knob os used and not the extra screw that has to also be removed to fold handle. Nice big petrol tank. Mower pushes easy. Not overly loud engine. Also the air filter es easily accessible.Lawn looks great after being cut by this mower.Cuts through 6 inch tall lawn easily.
