I have been using this mulcher . I am happy with the mulching but hate getting all dirty while using it . I like how it can be cleand and stored after using it . I do not enjoy having to empty the left over gasoline in order to store it upwards . I wish it had a slower shift instead of just a fast pace . Over all it does the work .

Easy start – cuts well – nice storage feature. Only issue is the weight. It’s a tough push.

The name is deceptive. I read “Walk Behind”. My first mower was called a “Push Mower”. That I what it is.Works fine, but not what I thought I was buying. Had I shopped in the store, as I normally do, I would have bought a walk behind self propelled.Koi

Works well

It works; heavier than my old mower and guzzles gas. Like the washout feature; hope I can prevent the usual deck rotting out that plagues mowers.

I bought a Toro Smartstow mower last year. We had been buying cheap mowers that barley started when we bought them. Then the next season, they would not start, and we would go out and get another cheap mower. We had been happy with our Toro snowthrower- been going for about 15 years now- so I told my hubby I was getting a Toro mower! This spring I went to start the mower, and guess what! It started right up! Love our Toro mower!

Ability to mulch or collect cuttings is great easy and quick to convert between the two. Also storage in my garage takes very little space when folded. This is also very easy to do and undo.Starting is very easy for someone who has issues starting with other mowers. The ability to put mower in storage position and hose off the underneath is wonderful.

Great basic lawn mower. I have only mulched my grass, I haven’t tried the bag yet, but I am happy with it so far. The fact it can be stored upright is ideal for somebody with minimal storage space.

I assumed that it was self propelled, but sadly,it’s not and it’s very hard to push on hilly or any uneven terrain

Probably will fill bag better if you cut grass when dry and not with morning dew.But love my new push mower

I’ve had the mower for three weeks and I’ve used it twice. It starts and mows well. Unfortunately, when I try to store it in the SmartStow position, it leaks. I checked the lids and they were tight, so I’m not sure where the fluid is leaking from. Dipstick read full, so it must’ve been the gas. Also, when I started it after storing it in the SmartStow position, it was putting out white smoke for a couple minutes. The SmartStow was part of the reason I purchased the mower, so I’m a bit bummed that functionisn’t working out.
