Starts without a problem. Self-propel does a very good job. Mulches and disburses the grass excellently. Only problem as was noticed in other reviews the mower will hiccup going over rough ground and almost stall out.

Always had a Toro in the family. My last mower was passed down to me by my dad and lasted 45 years. I love that built to last attitude. I was only able to use the mower 3-4 times before the weather turned, but i love it. The push button start is the icing on the cake.

Right out of the box, add oil, charge battery and off it goes. I received 13 years service from my other Toro mower. I hope to get as much from this one.

The mower is great but the bag broke after one season. The weld on the handle bar broke. To install the bag on the mower you need one hand on the bag handle and another to lift the cover on the mower. Now you need 2 hands on the mower bag and another one the cover.

Will not climb a hill

Nice mower, good power, great cut, fine mulch. Electric start is nice feature for wife. Engine is little rough at times but suspect that is due to government epa regs, very lean engine. Only have few cuts. Only drawback so far is battery does not appear to be self charging, have to plug it in wall outlet every 30 days. Comes with wall charger.

My second mower did have issues with cutting off my small engine mechanic said that the mower was tested with non treated fuel and was not adjusted at the factory. After my mechanic cleaned the carb on my one week mower and did minor adjustments according to the toro manual the mower no longer stalls or cuts off. In my opinion this is its downfall awsome mower but tested and rushed out too fast. I believe Toro needs to have quality control over look their protocol when releasing these mowers to HD and prevent a loss of customers and frustration. I still give it five stars because overall It is a good mower.
