I like the mower but it didn’t work when I received it. I hired someone to fix versus the hassle of returning. The auto start and self propel was not connected properly and did not work.

It has been a pretty good lawn mover although it doesn’t always pick up the grass clippings.

Fantastic mower easy to handle like the self propelled the most

Excellent electric start, easy to use and maneuver and mulching leaves is greatBUT….very unhappy with the bag. Too much dirt and dust is blown right through the bag. Be prepared to eat dust and have really dirty clothes from all the dust that comes right through the bag as your pushing the mower. Is there a better bag for this machine?

This mower has performed as advertised. I’ve owned Toro products for decades and am brand loyal because of their performance.

Easy to use. You can go fast or slow – you set the pace! We have a lot of trees and bushes and it cuts around them easily. I hated when my old Toro stopped working but this is a great replacement – I am very satisfied with ease – ease of use, ease of starting with electric start and ease of storage. Definitely recommend!

I was looking for a replacement for my 7 years old mower and decided to get this one mainly for the recycling and the start button. The start button helps but once the mower sitting for a couple weeks, I have to do a pull to make it work. The battery for the electric start button is rechargeable and so far I haven’t had a need to charge since I did it the first time. The recycler also works well but mainly for the super dry leaves. I have leaves that came from the neighbor’s yard and they still came out as a whole from the recycler, and my guess it’s because they are slightly wet and not dry.The self pace is also a nice feature but since my yard is flat, I don’t really need the mower to propel any faster than it is.The only thing that I don’t like is that this mower is heavier than my old one. I’m pretty small, the weight just makes it harder to maneuver or turn, otherwise I’m happy with everything else.I also didn’t use the smartstow due to the weight as well. Luckily my garage is pretty big so I have no issue with space.

We bought this mower about a month or so ago and I couldn’t be more happy with it. I love the electric start and the power that it has. It zips through my grass like it was nothing even if it still has a little dew on it.

This mower starts quickly with just a push of a button, runs strong through thick, lush grass, and is easily cuts a 1/4 acre lot with plenty of fuel to spare. It cleans up quickly and easily with the hose attachment and then stores upright in a corner of the garage out of the way. I’ve read some reviews suggesting a stalling on rough ground. I, too, have experienced this. However, only when bouncing of the deck occurs, or when pumping the deck into metal edging, or landscaping stone. I find this fact to be a result of the safety features of auto shutdown when the possibility of personal injury is a definite result of bouncing. The obstacles it senses could very well be body parts. So, I accept that and with that perspective, actually appreciate the safety feature. If it senses an obstacle it slows and when leveled continuity resumes it returns to full power, if unkown change continues it powers down. The 190cc is very powerful, and large, as a result this is a fairly heavy machine, but stripes the lawn beautifully as a result. The aluminum decking assures that this Toro will be around for decades with simple maintenance. I’m coming off a Craftsman mower that I had for 21 years, all due to regularly changing oil, plug, filter, and sharpening the blade 3x a season, and replacing the blade tri-annually. I would happily recommend this mower after using weekly for an entire season.

This mower looks great a pretty much ready to use right from the box. I added my gas and oil and started on the second pull and even though my grass was a little higher than normal, pushing the mower was smooth like glass. The mower has incredible features like the super recycler mulching system, the “pick your pace” feature that adjust to your walking speed and when you’re done you can fold and stow your mower which saves space in your garage. This is my first Toro mower and I’m very impressed, I would recommend this mower to family and friends. I am completely satisfied with the look, feel and features of this mower.

Love the electric start. Engine is strong. First bagger I’ve owned that actually fills the bag to full capacity.

It is super but the washing port doesn’t do much. You still have to station it vertically and wash it.

About me: Dissapointed 56 year old female from Minnesota.PROS: LOVE the push button start, washout port, smart stow, and the color scheme.CONS: Even on the slowest walk setting this mower doesn’t cut evenly very well and the faster you go it cuts worse, argh! Therefore, the self propelled system is moot. PRICE: $600 + Taxes: For that price I shouldn’t have to go slow over my lawn twice!I purchased this mower online with the intention to make my yardwork easier but find myself struggling to back up a heavy mower when the rear wheels will not reverse.

I absolutely love this mower.. My old toro died after 17 years and left me without one for two weeks while I decided what I wanted to replace it with. I brought this mower home pre-assembled all I did was add fuel and it fired right up.This mower cut through two weeks growth without slowing down at all. I had it set to mulch and it did a much better job than I expected.

Overall I give it a 4. Electric start is good although the connection for the charging cable on the mower is a bit tight. Got to be careful not to pull the wires out of the connector. The pull start is easy. The other reviews about the motor wanting to stall is pretty accurate. I have a few dips and some tree roots in the backyard and sometimes going over those causes the motor to sputter a little bit. But it has never quit on me.

This is a all around great lawn mower from the stylish look to the functionality. Everything about this lawn mower takes little effort to do. It’s very easy to assemble right out the box. As with anything follow the directions/instructions to get the best use out of this product. The easy start function is awesome. Literally push a button and start mowing. No more pulling a string and a muscle while you pull lol. Someone definitely had a woman in mind when adding that function as it’s the best for me. I like cutting my grass as a form of exercise. It seriously takes little muscle power to push through the grass. I love that it goes by my pace so it’s not dragging me or forcing me to pick up speed or slow down. It moves with so much ease its like cutting by itself. I don’t even feel or struggle with cutting over bumps. Once I finish cutting my grass it no longer feels like a work out. No more aches and pains. I like you don’t have to change the oil. You just check it and add it as needed. It fertilizes your lawn while you mow. This mower doesn’t take up a lot of space in the garage or shed. It folds, lock and store. Overall this lawn mower was built to last.
