Bought same brand and model probably 25 years ago and used heavily as a home owner for at least 15 years followed by occasional light use for at least 10 more. Electric so easy to use and excellent power. Would buy for blower function NOT for suction pickup. Solid plastic construction so don’t have to baby it. It’s not a commercial product but it can’t be beat for average home owners as a leaf blower. Price is excellent. It’s worth 5 stars for price, durability and blower function alone.

Bought this particularly for leaf mulching ability. Very pleased! When mulching attachments secured this makes for a rather tall tool. I’m 5’6” and wouldn’t recommend to anyone shorter. Did an excellent job on my piles of dry leaves. However, not for wet leaves as will clog at impeller or throat of canvas bag. To be fair instructions say “vacuum only dry leaves and soft items.” Nice dial for variable speeds. Well made with sturdy materials, good instructions, and a metal impeller that makes nice mulch for garden beds or compost pile. Powerful as a blower, too, again variable speed dial makes for efficient and responsive design and operation. Highly recommend.

Top speed on this model is faster than the top speed of the previous one.At this point, have only used it as a blower.Was glad I read in a previous review that the two tips were shipped inside the main blower tube; would have never found them.
