We’ve revamped one of our most popular cutting boards by utilizing the strong darker wood of the Acacia tree. The Acacia – Circo is a circular cheese/cutting board with four full-tang stainless steel cheese tools with wood handles. The swivel top perfectly stores the cheese tools so they are always available when you need them. Great for a larger selection of cheese or to serve a larger crowd, the Acacia – Brie is a party necessity.

The Toscana Cheese Board is a pretty interesting item. It contains several cheese cutting tools inside of the board sandwiched between two pieces of the board. The board itself is finished relatively well overall and looks very nice. There is a small crack in my board probably due to the elements.

I selected this cheese board because during our periodic “Treat Days” at the office I always like to bring a different assortment of cheeses. I absolutely love this board mainly because all the utensils necessary are tucked neatly inside the board. It’s not a large board, measuring 10 inches in diameter, but is just the right size for the purposes that I plan on using it for. I also like that the utensils included with the cheeseboard are actually sharp. Sometimes the knives and slicers are pretty dull. In order to use the board, it must be closed. It is not real stable if you use it while it’s open. Cleanup of the board is pretty simple and just requires a damp cloth. As with any wood cutting board you do not want to put in the dishwasher. There is also a very large selection that include the emblem of a lot of NFL football teams and also some college football teams engraved in the top. This would make a great gift for any “man cave”.

Great gift item. I tried the different knives and cutters out on a couple different types of cheeses. My family enjoyed this greatly. The knives could be a bit sharper and weren’t the easiest to cut through specifically harder cheeses but for the price point you’re getting what you paid for. The storage board and cutting surface holds up well to pressure and different cuts.

Very stylish and very practical. Everything is all in one so I do not have to search for a cheese knife. The kit is all wood and I could see flopping a block of cheese on top of it and slicing away. The kit would have to be hand washed after use. I probably will use the top for a cutting board down the road but for now I like how it looks. The top pivots to reveal the tools. I definitely will get a lot of use out of this. Love it!

I found the cheese board to be very handy and the wood finish to be quite attractive. The cheese board is large enough to display several wedges of cheese at one time. The cheese knife blades are sturdy and made of stainless steel that are sharp enough when you are serving even hard cheese. The storage compartment which swivels out from below the cheese board is very useful. There are several different types of knives to use depending on which type of cheese you plan to serve. It is compact so it’s stores easily in a cabinet or draw. I would suggest cleaning it with a damp cloth rather than soaking it in water so that the wood does not get damaged. I highly recommend this cheese board.

I am pretty impressed with the Acacia Circo Cheese Board and tool set. First, the cutting tools are perfect. They are plenty sharp (no pun intended) and can be sharpened if needed. Have four cutting tools for different types of cheese is a really nice departure the just using a strait knife as I have in the past. The tools all fit quite securely so there is no worry of them falling out. Second, the wood finish is very aesthetically pleasing. The board looks great sitting out. I haven’t yet determined if cleaning after using soft cheeses will be an issue. There is a routed bead around the border that food could get into. The directions suggest cleaning with a damp towel and not submerging it in water (obviously) so I would suggest cleaning it right after using it. The one drawback I found is that there is no mechanism to hold pivoting top and bottom together so it opens up very easily. If a guess moves the board the top swings open from the bottom easily which also require more cares when carrying the board. I would like to see the top ‘snap’ closed or lock in some way. Otherwise it is a nice addition to the cheese party.

I am glad that I found this cheese cutting board with all the essential cutting tool for all kinds of cheeses.i am from Europe, and used to eat a lot of different cheeses for all kinds of occasions and reasons.I tend to invite my friends just to sit with me an nibble a little of different cheeses I found.Until currently, i had some loose cheese cutting tools flying around in my kitchen cabinet drawers, and used an old wooden cutting board to cut the cheeses on.This new cutting assembly is wonderful, I now have all the required cutting tools in one place, and can use the lid, which is a cutting board, to cut the cheeses. I know for sure that my girlfriends will be yellows about it!

This is a nice set for entertaining. The four tools inside are very sharp and well designed to cut cheese easily, and it’s nice having the stored securely—and not further cluttering the kitchen utensils drawer. The cutting board is attractive and seems well made. My only issue with the set is at clean-up. Naturally, you cannot submerge it, and cleaning it requires care not to get water inside (it is not water-tight). Also, the routed groove tends to keep food particles—it’s also largely unneeded, since most cheeses do not leak liquids (the stated purpose of the groove). Despite the clean-up issues, this is a neat set to keep in the kitchen, especially if you entertain a lot.

This is a really awesome cheese board and knife set for entertaining. The acacia wood grain is really nice and it shows well; a great backdrop for cheeses. With a diameter over 10″, there is plenty of space for 4 to 5 cheeses. The board swivels out with knife storage below which makes it really functional. You can swivel either way to get a knife but with a lot of cheese on the board it may tip. A gutter around the board catches any liquids that might spill off the board. The knife selection is great and the blades are stainless steel, sharp and strong. They hardly bend, if at all, cutting the hardest cheese. They are easy to clean as well. The wood is tough but needs some care, if soaked in water too long, it will damage but it does need a good cleaning.

If you are looking for a really nice looking cheese board and tools to use when serving cheese this is the one for you. It is big enough to serve several different type of cheese and fruit also. The way the 4 tools (cheese shaver, pointed tip hard cheese knife, chisel knife (for hard crumbly cheese) and fork tipped hard cheese knife) fit under the cutting board which swivels apart. This is a great way to keep the whole set in one place. The dark acacia wood that it is made of givers it a very nice appearance. The four full-tang stainless steel cheese tools have wooden handles that match the wood of the cutting board.

This ACACIA ROUND CHEESE BOARD WITH TOOLS SET IN TAN is small and easy to use. To use this cheese board, you must have it closed for it to be stable. The wood color is great. The included tools are nice and convenient. You have a knife with a fork on the end. You have two different types of cheese cutting knives. You also have cheese shaver to make thin slices. If you are looking for a gift to take to a holiday party , this may be just the thing. The board is , I believe Acacia wood and is well machined and seems solid and is attractive. The enclosed tools seem well crafted and should be able to slice and serve all the cheese you ever wanted. . The lid has a groove cut around the circumference to contain any run off that might occur when you are cutting, slicing or otherwise chopping up the cheese. This I believe would make a really nice gift

Nice, sturdy, and attractive cheese set. The swing out storage for all the tools is nice, and the tools are surprisingly sturdy and seem of better quality than I expected for the price. The board itself is sturdy without being heavy. The pin it swivels on feels a bit flimsy and loose when the top is rotated to reveal the tools, but the cutting board shouldn’t be used in this position anyway and the loose feeling goes away when the storage is closed. This is about the standard size for a round cheese board, but if you’re planning to use this for something else, I’d pay attention to the dimensions to ensure there are no surprises, as this is much smaller than most cutting boards.
