We’ve revamped one of our most popular cutting boards by utilizing the strong darker wood of the Acacia tree. The Acacia – Circo is a circular cheese/cutting board with four full-tang stainless steel cheese tools with wood handles. The swivel top perfectly stores the cheese tools so they are always available when you need them. Great for a larger selection of cheese or to serve a larger crowd, the Acacia – Brie is a party necessity.

It is a perfect presentation piece for holiday gatherings, parties and more. Durable serving utensils feature stainless steel blades and easy-grip bamboo handles. The slotted drawer seamlessly slides out from the cheese board for a surprise display. (See picture) This cheese board comes with a pamphlet with tips on care. Here are the cleaning notes:• Wash immediately after use. Hand wash with mild soap and hot water.• Gently scrape off excess food, dirt or other particles before cleaning with soap and water. If the tray needs deep cleaning, sprinkle salt on its surface and gently scrub with half a lemon. Rinse thoroughly and let air dry in an upright position before storing.• Once a month, gently lubricate the cheeseboard with bamboo oil to preserve its shiny appearance. Also coconut oil, food-grade mineral oil, or beeswax can be used.DO NOT:• Put in dishwasher.• Soak in water or soap for prolonged periods of time.• Use harsh lubricants or chemicals. The cheese tool set is accessed with a quick and easy twist of the top so everything is available at your fingertips. We found the detailed juice groove to be an extremely helpful feature to contain the extra moisture from our olives.

Quality cheese board with useful on-board tools is perfect for a small party or to class-up a family dinner. The board and attached storage area for the tools are made from a nice piece of butcher block wood with the natural grain showing beautifully. The included tools are useful for preparing meats and cheeses for serving and store nicely underneath the top board.We had this for less than 24 hours before using it to serve a mini charcuterie board. Nice compact cheese board with utensils. Very sleek design. The ten-inch round shape gives maximum area in minimal space. Four utensils are included: one cheese slicer and 3 different types of cheese cutting tools (see picture). The board unfolds into a “figure-eight” configuration to reveal the stainless steal cheese tools and the other side to hold and slice your cheese bricks. The board has a groove around the perimeter to catch any crumbs or juices that may run off. The board itself is made from acacia wood, which is commonly used to make durable hardwood floors and furniture. It is water resistant and quite tough. Acacia wood has uses going back biblical times. The cutting utensils also have handles made from acacia wood. A very nice accessory to your holiday get together or social occasion.

The TOSCANA Acacia Circo Cheese Board and Tools Set, Tan is a very attractive tan-colored wooden cheese cutting board, with an embedded tool storage shelf below the cutting board surface. The tool storage shelf contains four cheese cutting tools, each having a specific routed slot. Each tool has a riveted wood handle and is well-suited to the tasks of slicing or cutting cheese. The entire set presents a handsome appearance. However, when the cheese board’s tool set shelf is completely open, the cheese board itself is not fully supported, and the result is the entire wooden cheese board is unbalanced. I would only consider performing any cutting task when the set is fully closed, and I have already removed any required cutting tools from the storage tray, so that the cutting board will be completely closed and therefore fully supported and balanced when slicing cheese or any other food item.

This is for all the cheese lovers. If you already own a cheese tray, this is a great addition. If you dont, this is a great start. The wood is of high quality and very easy to clean. Preferably I like to use a wet clothe but if needed, you can wash it and it’ll look like new. The utensils are also of high quality with good sharpness. I like this so much that I have purchased more for gifting.

What an awesome cheese board and knife set for entertaining. The wood grain is beautiful and is a great backdrop for cheeses. I love the design of this cheeseboard! It swivels out with knife storage below making it really functional. No more looking for the right tool to serve cheese for family and friends. The knife selection is great and the blades are stainless steel, sharp and strong. The wood is tough but needs some care, if soaked in water too long, it will damage but it does need a good cleaning.
