The TL-SG116 comes with an array of power-savings features that are designed to cut energy consumption based the number of ports in use and cable length, while the unit’s fanless design helps to ensure quiet operation. The steel-housed switch can be placed on a desktop or mounted on a wall.

This is a great product. For the money you can’t find anything better. More than enough capacity for a small office and easy to use and install. The only aspect that I would change is to put the activity and connection lights on the front with the ports in the back.
