Overall these are nicely made, aesthetically pleasing cookware pieces. Being aluminum has its advantages as they heat and cool quickly. The lids have thick rubber coatings over the handles to protect from heat but inexplicably have exposed metal right in the middle, rendering the concept futile.

I was so excited to finally get a Ceramic Skillet. This is a very attractive and useful addition to the kitchen.I love how deep it is – you can easily make an entire meal in one pan. It is heavy duty and has 2 handles to grip. The glass top with handle allows you to keep an eye on things while preventing splatters. This pan was everything I had hoped it would be and more. I love being able to toss it in the dishwasher- easy to clean once done cooking! Love it!
