The fry pan is easy to handle and clean . It doesn’t stick , but there are much better pans for distributing the heat even . Even with “pre heating “ it tends to do “meh” in searing vegetables. In other words ; this fry pan is good ,if you use it for pancake or egg and you have other pans to do the heavy duty cooking.
