Great pan, warms up evenly on all sides. It does scratch easily, you will see it after you scrub it with a hard side of the sponge.

We’ve been very pleased with the Tramontina 10” pan we purchased. We use it every day (sometimes several times). We’ve tried sautéing, and pan frying, both have worked wonderfully. The crepes came out great, no sticking, beautiful color, easily flipped over in air – doesn’t get better than that! We’ve also been pleased with how well it cleans up with Bartender’s Keeper.
