We’ve only used it ~5 times so far, but it’s solid, looks good, and feels well-made. Obviously I wish stainless steel had nonstick properties, but we chose to buy this pan instead of nonstick because of health concerns about the chemicals used in nonstick surfaces.

Heats uniformly, quickly and is nicely balanced. The handles do not get at all hot on the stove top . easy to clean with soap & water; no serious scrubbing needed. it works great in electric stove .

I love my Tramontina 12 in frying pan. I brought a set and felt I needed a larger frying pan so added this to my set. I have used it multiple times and have not experienced any issues with food sticking and the clean up has been a breeze. I use the liquid Bar Keepers Friend and have had no issues. I have not tried the pan in the oven yet but I don’t believe there will be any issues by doing so. My Tramontina products are not just functional but very beautiful and I highly recommend! I enjoy cooking with this pan and love the look of it. I recommend this pan 100%!
