This sauce pan is beautiful. I am very pleased with my purchase. It cooks food evenly and quickly. lThe color is a gorgeous colonial blue but it has a nice brilliance to the color. I guarantee you are going to love this and the prices. Much more cook friendly than Paula Deen and Rachael Ray. Especially, if on occasion you forget and have overcook and burn…your food maybe overcooked but this pot cleanses easily. I am very satisfied. This IS ONE PRETTY POT GIRLS. You’ll love it! I had their lighter style pots, great also.

Great pan! Start your dish on top of stove , then transfer into the oven.Be careful. Even on top of stove the lid knob gets too hot to handle.

This pan is a nice size for larger cooking projects, but the heat isn’t spread out as evenly as I hoped. Using a large gas burner, when trying to simmer I can see a ring of heat where it boils, while the other areas are cooler. And the lid is very heavy; it seems like it could be lighter, since it is not being used to spread out heat.
