So far so good. I’ve had this drive for almost a month no with no issues in terms of data retrieval. I did have to Google how to make it show up as editable on my Mac – and thanks to folks with tutorials on the internet, I was able to make it work and my big files (TIFFs and videos) are no longer taking up space on my computer. It would be great if this drive came with that information either in a QR code or a pamphlet (how to use on both PC and Mac), because it was plug-and-play on an old HP in my lab, so I initially worried it wouldn’t work for my laptop.

Everything works perfect, it was recognized by my laptop with Windows 10 immediately, without the need to install drivers. However it didn’t connect to my PC Windows XP, which isn’t really promised by description as I know, so it’s ok, but people who still have XP, probably will be disappointed. By the way, other 3TB Transcend HDD connects to my PC without any issues, so it’s unlikely a driver/USB port problem. Shipping was fast and everything came in great condition. I liked experience with this order.
