First of all, I like very much Transcend pen drives. As a 3.0 pen drive, it is fast. Nevertheless, its USB conectors, also as a 3.0 pen drive, are not flat, which makes it difficult to introduce it into the computer USB socket.

Very disappointed! I am visually disabled and I specifically asked for a thumb drive with a light -I spoke with Chaim who sent me to department of thumb drives, i was disconnected, then I chatted with Zev B who assured me that this thumb drive has a light. IT DOES NOT HAVE A LIGHT! Returning the drive is not worth it as it costs to ship back and it cost to get the drive! So I will not be buying from this company again.

I purchased several JetFlash 700 USB drives for reliable data transport and also as bootable drives for uses such as recovery. I have not measured the performance, but they seem to perform well for my uses. They are cost effective and come with a lifetime warranty, which gives me confidence they will not fail when I really need them. Also, the cap can be placed on the rear of the device so it is not lost.
