My friend and I go through a lot of limes making cocktails and got tired of the manual juicer. I found this electric juicer and it has been a real life saver. The motor is very powerful and only bogs down when I really press down too hard. The spout flips down to allow juice to pour or clicks into place to stop the juice from flowing. Clean-up is very easy, but you have to get that juice pulp off of there before it dries. Otherwise that stuff turns to epoxy! My friend loved my juicer so much he bought himself one.My friend and I have had our Citristars for many trouble-free years. Only recently did I have my first problem: the spout doesn’t click into place any more to stop the juice. A tiny piece of plastic has broken off under the collection bowl. I saw where Tribest has replacement parts at a fair price, but since I also wanted a new lid (left mine in Florida) the cost of a few replacement parts plus shipping came to less than $10 away from just buying a new unit (Home Depot has always had the best price). So now we have three units! We have juiced hundreds (thousands?) of limes, tons of lemons and dozens of oranges. If you juice regularly, the Citristar is awesome and I highly recommend it.

I have to admit I really like this juicer. I'm still trying to figure a couple things out. Such as when juicing celery, even though I cut the celery into small stalks the pulp opening is getting stuck and clogging it. Maybe it's not meant to handle celery or I'm doing something wrong. Everything else I've used is working perfect.Other than that I like it. It's not very hard to clean, the first time was time consuming but now I found the best method. I hope it will last year's to come
