It demolishes any vegetable I put in it, Carrots, kale, you name it. I also enjoy having the glass jar, I see 400 plastic jars look old after a few months. so that is nice!

I’m a raw foodie and used the dynablend for smoothies with kale and beet and it worked perfectly. I also made nut butter and soup and apple sauce for my kids. It’s easy to clean. Easy to use. The spatula doesn’t get stuck in the blades when your scrapping out food. Pitcher is heavy, a good arm work out. Haha. I do wish the scoop was a tad longer
