We purchase the dehydrator 9000 about 3 years ago. After heavy usage during the past years, the dehydrator stop functioning about a week ago. I called the customer services about the issue and was told to perform some quick checks and found the issue was the circuit board. The dehydrator is functioning again after I received and replaced the new circuit board. The circuit board replacement is quick and easy. I am very happy with my decision on purchasing this dehydrator and thanks for the good customer services that I received from Sedona.

I have 2 other dehydrators and wanted to add a Sedona. The price was reduced so I purchased it. And I’m so glad that I did. It offers so many features my others don’t have (ie glass door so I can avoid opening the unit to check the food, dual heat sources split by a tray so I only need to use part of the unit thus saving money). I believe the quality of the product surpasses my Nesco and Excaliber. The Nesco is a workhorse and great for the money. The Excaliber works great but is SO noisy. The Sedona looks nice, works terrific and the noise level is low. I’m very happy with this purchase.
