Excellent small footprint masticating juicer works well with a variety of vegetables and fruits. Great value. Be sure to string celery and cut to small pieces to avoid jamming the machine. Also avoid large seeded fruits such as muscadine grapes. Produces more juice than my centrifugal juicer with a smaller screen to clean. 10 minute juice time limit produced several cups juice before needing a rest.

Tribest makes an easy to use functional product! The directions are simple to read and understand. This model the SJV-107 is dual voltage and dual frequency, which means you can use this juicer outside of the USA. In just five easy steps you’re ready to make the juice of your choice. Make sure the alignment marks are lined up properly. Any misalignment will prevent the safety switch from closing and the appliance will not start. The Auger must be seated properly or the feeding chute will not close. Twist and push the Auger down until fully seated. Align the white bushing under the feeding chute with the top of the Auger shaft before trying to lock the lid in place. Cut your fruit and vegetables small enough to slide into the feeding chute using the pusher and leave the rind on. I am very impressed with how well this appliance works.Use soap and water to clean all plastic parts and the toothbrush (included) to thoroughly clean the juicing screen. Pay close attention to the white bushing under the feeding chute, it does come out and can easily get lost.This is an excellent appliance to add to your arsenal of kitchen gadgets!

This is a great and efficiently compact juicer. I’ve owned several juicers over the years, and each of them have such a huge profile, super bulky. This juicer is great in that about five by five inches it has such a small profile that it doesn’t take up much space at all. Aside from that it runs with a good amount of power and makes quick work of carrots and oranges with no leaks thus far. I am looking forward to trying it on some beets next.

A friend convinced me that celery juice would help my husband’s gout. After trying some store-bought celery juice, I decided we needed to be able to make our own. Though we’ve never juiced before, I knew that trying a low-end machine would probably set me up for failure. After researching to the point of driving the rest of my family crazy, the Shine Kitchen Co, Cold Press Vertical Slow Juicer seemed to be a desirable mid-level option.Three weeks and 16 quarts of celery juice later (the entire household drinks some every day), my husband’s gout is back under control and I’m pleased with the juicer. Cutting the stalks into 1 – 2 inch chunks prevents jamming by long strings and doesn’t take long since I already have the knife out to break up the bunches. The machine fits under the cupboard over the kitchen counter. There are minimal parts and the more I use it, the faster I get at putting it back together. The silicon seal is still frustrating me but that will probably come with practice too. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the purchase.

If you are looking for portability like we were this is a good solution.It produces almost the same amount of juice as my Nama which is pretty amazing. The juice itself however is pulpier and for our taste requires straining. Also the smallest strainer holes in the juicer get filled quickly and probably account for the pulp output. All in all quite satisfied with the juicer and would recommend it to those who want to continue juicing while away from home.

I love this little juicer and take it with me in my RV. I have an older Greenstar and a Slowstar and use this one daily for making my 16oz straight celery juice (recommended by Medical Medium Anthony William). I cut the celery into thin pieces about 1/2-1″ and it goes right through with hardly a need to plunge it. Then I make my green juice using cut-up fruits/vegs: parsley, burdock root, apples, asparagus ends, cucumbers, and whatever else I have, finishing with celery to clean it all out. This little juicer loves making melon juice from the rind, too; that’s where the best nutrition is (in the rinds and stems of f&v’s), so don’t discard your stems! I love teaching others how to juice for healing and just love Tribest’s variety of quality products. It’s a small compact juicer. Perfect for travel. It can only juice so much fruit because the strainer starts to get clogged. I’m sure if you take it out and clean it, you can continue juicing. You do have to cut up fruit/veggies because it has a narrow chute. I like that the juice doesn’t need additional straining. It’s pulp/fiber free. It’s fairly easy to clean. I believe it’s dishwasher safe. I really like the juicer. It’s a great starter juicer.
