The pin that holds the leg when folded does not engage and the leg is not restrained when carrying in the folded position. It seems the spring that pushes it out is not strong enough.

A little confusing setting it up, especially the middle leg. A rubber pad kept falling off the mounting, and I was curious as to its function- until I realized the top slide was reversible for wider length (holding capacity). The pictoral instructions a little vague. But, hey, real men don’t need instructions. So far it is handy, but have to be careful with glue ups, the jaw can distort the joint. I recommend it, quick, handy, and stable- especially for sanding.
