The TRPUL’s patented triple-blade drum delivers an impressive 45,000 cuts per minute for fast material removal and a superior finish to every project. Traditionally the rebate depth for any planer is restricted by body deign, however the TRPUL is designed with the blade drum positioned to the outermost edge, allowing unrestricted depth rebates right to the edge of the workpiece. In addition, the removable blade drum system allows fitment of the sanding drum (both included) to convert the planer into a highly efficient sander. With the high mount position of the motor improving airflow, chip extraction is maximized via the directed left or right rear dust extraction, ensuring sawdust is directed away from the operator and work piece at all times.
- 2-in-1 planer/sander with 3-blade drum and interchangeable sanding drum
- Tri-blade planning drum for faster, smoother cuts giving a superior finish with improved efficiency and faster chip ejection
- 45,000 cuts per minute provides higher rate of material removal
- Lock-off switch protects against accidental start
- 17-position depth control for precise material removal
- Variable speed control adjusts the drum speed to suit the material
- Removable blade drum allows fitment of an optional sanding drum, turning the planer into a highly efficient sander increasing the machines usability
- Parking stand protects the blades and work piece from damage on run down
- 3-1/4 in. planning width and adjustable depth of cut from 0-1/8 in.
- Bail handles for improved ergonomics and increased control
- Left or right rear dust extraction allows the dust/chips to be directed to either side of the work piece

Great tool. Don’t know yet if it planes flat on a wide board but like the way it handles. The grip handle is much better than dewalt (and similar) and the depth dial seems to be spot on. Especially like the 3 blades and optional ejection port. Don’t think anyone would be disappointed.

The first use was to even out a stud wall prior to drywalling. Worked great. The only problem was the dust collector bag attachment detached itself almost immediately every time I started planning. After reattaching several times I just left it off and used a vacuum when I was done. Did a good job otherwise.

Worked for it’s intended which was to plane a door jamb so door would fit. Due to its construction could not plane door.
