This case fit the iPad perfectly. It is light but provides effective protection. It allows the iPad to stand on a surface for use. Recommended.

The pencil loop is particularly useful for the iPad Pro. At first I had trouble getting the iPad to really sit SECURELY in the cover, but it’s OK now. Trade-off: it’s nice and lightweight but it doesn’t have much padding for protection and like many covers for Apple devices, it’s awkward to use when you’re in portrait mode. Also, it doesn’t automatically shutdown the iPad when you close the cover. For the price, it’s functioning well for my purposes and the holder for the iPencil is a BIG plus from my point of view.

Not a bad case. It seems to have a magnet but it doesn’t work to turn off the display nor does it activate the screen when opened. Just received it but disappointed.

I chose this one for the ipad pro knowing it would be light weight for carrying in my purse. It is acceptable for that purpose. I will later get a keyboard case for when I need more protection or for using at home. Am still trying to decide which one to purchase. The subject case has no closure, so I use 2 large rubber bands to close it. The pen fits easily above the case. There are no groves to hold the ipad in sitting position, but it works ok without them–would be better with. The color matches nicely with the rose gold ipad.
