It requires a bit more knowledge to set up Ubiquiti gear, but it is the best once you get it working. I set this up as a long-range wifi client. It connects to a public wifi hotspot of a neighbor, and then I rebroadcast the signal within my home using a Ubiquiti AP AC LR.

Here at Performance Motorsports Network we have a multiple time a month remote broadcast from road course race tracks around the country. In the past we have used point to point 2 way communication devices to get audio from remote trackside Race Call stations to the Track Tower master control point. While we have had some success with other, more costly methods, using a Ubiquity Bulllet and multiple NanoStation5 has made this process a breeze! Configuring the Nanos was easy, aiming is a cakewalk, and the audio from our A/D-D/A convertors is clear. I would recommend these to almost anyone who needs a Medium Range Wireless CPE Router.

These units seem to be good quality. There is not good instruction, I relied on YouTube to set it up. It’s working very good.

We needed a strong signal in our sanctuary to broadcast our church service from. We purchased two Ubiquiti antennas and a AP to help this. The signal is broadcast from our office about 150 feet across a lawn to the sanctuary. Speedtest shows we get the same up and down speeds as being hard wired to our router. I was amazed and could not be more pleased.

UI is simply the best. I had to invest in learning a bit about how the products work, but the equipment is so much better than anything I used before.
