When I received this the 1/8in. Extractor was not in the pouch. I’m not sure if it fell out during shipping or what. I would rarely use this one anyways so I wasn’t too worried about it. The other ones work great though! Use them often.

This is a good product and seems to be well made. However, the instructions printed on the package were not in English, and if you need help in English with how to use it, you’ll need to go to the internet for directions, which I did. I would have given the product 5 stars if it weren’t for this problem.

I learned the hard way that EZ Outs are usually not going to remove bolts that are incredibly stuck in something. If you wore the bolt head down trying to get it out, it is very unlikely an EZ Out will remove it. The EZ Out griped very well, but that bolt just wasn’t about to come out. EZ Outs work best when a bolt has been sheered off, due to low quality, etc. If the bolt isn’t stuck in something the EZ Out will usually removed it. Lesson learned.

Unlike a lot of other bolt extractors, this set didn’t snap off. The steel used is hardened, but not brittle.
