Verbatim BD-R Blu-ray 25GB 16x White Inkjet Hub Printable Discs are single-sided, single-layer, write-once Blu-ray recordable discs. They enable recording and playback of high-definition video (HD), as well as storing large amounts of data. A single-layer disc can hold 25GB, which can be used to record over two hours of HDTV.
It uses a blue-violet laser to read and write data while current optical disc technologies such as DVD use a red laser. The shorter wavelengths of the Blu-ray technology make it possible to record more data on the same space. These discs are safeguarded with a superhard coating, which protects against everyday wear and tear.

I am very pleased with these blu-ray disc’s. I have been through a whole spindle and did not have one bad disc. I especially like these because I can print on the surface with my inkjet printer for a nice finished look. And if I don’t have time to print on it I can write on it with a Sharpie marker. I highly recommend these disc’s to anyone who wants a quality disc for their videos or storage with the ability to print on its surface.
