I bought this for my wife’s work, a medical office. I installed in the break room, replacing a cooler we bought 4 years ago. All the women love it, they all say it’s much “prettier” and colder. The hot water function is used by both docs, for their early morning tea. They both rave about it! So far, so good!

Despite other claims that this product is noisey, I have not found that to be true. I love the quality of the workmanship and the looks are terific.Only downside to product is that the opening for the large 5 gal bottles is small and the prong doesn’t accomidate the anti-splash insert of the 5 gal bottles.Putting in new bottles get quit messing if you aren’t quick to dump the 5 gal bottle fast enough!

Excellent product. For a family of 5, having a high voume of filtered water is great. The unit is very quiet. The water is cold, and with the hot water feature, you can make hot chocolate and even cooking ramen noodles in a cup is not a problem. No more heating water on the stove or microwave.

Dropping the water can (the ones without pierceable stopper) can be tricky. I use a cling-on plastic sheet. other than that, it works great.

Great product. I have had it for almost a year and it still works great and runs well. It doesn’t have a blue light on the display that stays on and that can be annoying at night. It’s not bright but for ppl who like dark, it can be an annoyance.

I ordered this because I recently redid my kitchen and my old water cooler did not match the new stainless design. This one looks great. It’s actually so nice that the water bottle on top now looks cheap. LOL. The hot water controls were a little confusing at first but know it works great.

Our last water cooler lasted 8 years, so it was time for a replacement. We’re very pleased with this one, and the upgraded features. It sits a bit lower than the old one, so it’s easier to place the bottle on top. It looks nice in the kitchen, and has an energy saving hot water feature: you push the ‘hot’ button and it heats on demand in about 2 minutes. We’ve had this for about 2 months now, and it works perfectly – not loud at all. We had it shipped directly to the house at no extra charge. Highly recommended, and a great value!

Just purchased this unit, easy to set up, directions are easy to follow for operation. Hot water makes great tea, water is hot in about 2 to 3 minutes. Cool water tastes great and is nice and cold. Purchased because I have a well, and the water isn’t that appealing even after being softened, and going through a faucet filter. The compressor doesn’t seem all that loud to me, as others have stated.

This water cooler has a nice look and is reasonably priced however it is very loud. The water is cold and the hot water is hot. You have to push a button and wait a few minutes for the hot water. We ended up returning this unit for a much quitter water cooler.

I think the water cooler is great other than the temperature of the water being dispensed. The water should be colder. I wish there was a temperature gauge where you can adjust the temperature.
