The sound of the cold water chilling was quite loud. I turned the temp way down and it is now much better. To dispense the hot h2o you must pull the “lever” forward as you push down. Once I discovered that I had no more problems. I have gone through three h2o dispensers and this is good. I will only use “top bottle’ dispensers from now on.

THe bottles I use don’t fit well on the unit so I returned it. It looked really good but I never liked the unit. The water bottles I fill didn’t fit under the spouts. It just wasn’t for me. I kept it about a month to try getting used to it but just couldn’t.

The only issue with this cooler is changing the water bottles. You have to be quick and have a towel nearby. The opening is not meant for open top bottles. If you try to put an uncapped water bottle in the no-spill designed receptacle, it will spill water everywhere.On the bright side its cheaper to pay for my own filtered water than paying for $5 sealed bottles

This unit is compact and looks nice. But when the thermostat is on, it’s very loud. Thankfully the thermostat does not stay on long but does come on intermittently. My last cooler provided instant access to hot water so I’m adjusting to pushing the kettle function button and waiting 2-3 minutes for the water to get hot. Despite these issues, it’s a good buy for the money and looks good.

Bought this to replace a older leaky dispenser. Water is hot or cold when needed my only complaint is the lack of water flow. Would like to see a higher flow option within or just an extra (3rd) dispenser for room temp. water to make cooking or brewing coffee less tedious.

This water dispenser met my needs just fine. Some coniderations: You have to wait a couple minutes if you want hot water, otherwise the “red button” just dispenses room temperature water. Cooler features a blue LED to indicate whether or not water is cooled, the light provides quite a bit of light in the dark which makes for a nice night light. Product is designed in Canada and made in China.

this cooler is much more attractive than most and takes up less floor space than the one we replaced. It does take some time to get used to the hot water “kettle” feature and can be frustrating to wait for the hot water. The cold water flows really well and quickly. Once the water heats up, the hot water flows well too.

The only issue that could be better, is that the unit is a bit noisy when it is going through its cooling mode. During the day I dont really notice it because it isnt as quiet inside the house, but at night if I go in the kitchen it hums kind of loud. But it doesnt interrupt sleep at all. The hot water feature saves energy, and takes about a minute to heat up. Some of these negative reviews are amusing, as alot of them are user error and not the machine. some people Do Not read directions obviously. you have to use the machine as instructed or you will have issues. You Cannot use capless bottles or you will spill water everywhere! You peel the plastic off around the lower part of cap on a new bottle. Then when you set it on top, the spike will push the small center cap inside the bottle and fill up the unit. when it is empty you pull off the bottle then pop off the bottle cap and retrieve the smaller push cap from inside the bottle. Then you push and snap the small cap onto the underside of the bottle cap. Then you get the bottle refilled and snap your bottle cap back on, and it is ready to use over and over again. I like how you can adjust the cold water temperature. There is a button on the back of the unit to adjust the temperature. I would avoid going much past 80% of the way as you dont want to risk it freezing up. I would definitely recommend this unit. just make sure to always use it as instructed.

Good all around water cooler and hot water dispenser. The cold water comes out at an excellent temperature and the hot water is perfect for tea, ramen and what not. You can hear the motor but its not overall obnoxious. Haven’t had any leak problems, but I will definitely keep an eye out. I know we have hard water in our area and will needs to clean the lines with vinegar solutions regularly. So far, would recommend.

Note- This unit is NOT for the DIY refill bottle users! This unit has a pointed tip inside the tank where the bottle sits, which makes for installing any water bottle that does not have the puncture-seal a real chore. I have not been able to install a water bottle without getting wet, or soaking the floor.To get the hot water, you have to push a button first to heat the water, which I know saved energy, but the water is not that hot considering. The unit is quite loud both when the hot water is heating (but temporary) and then when the unit is cooling the tank (also temporary).The unit itself is a beautiful, no-fingerprint stainless finish and is less bulky that most units.I am so-so on if I would recommend… Definitely if you have bottles delivered, this is a no-brainer.

Very satisfied with the water cooler. We like to blue led lights when you despense the cold water. The hot water despenser is a great energy savings. The heating process is so fast, you do not miss not having instant hot water. I also like the slimmer profile on the despenser.
