The product was very nice and the instructions are very clear ! The it takes so little time for the water to be hot/cold. I didn’t expect the water to be hot hot, but it came out super hot! I’ve been through 2 different water dispensers and they both leaked at the bottom of the dispenser and this was the best yet! I recommend this dispensers to families that have many people.
