Turning the pen over to use the eraser is not much fun. Having 3 buttons to use as you please is much better. The 3D part is kind of misleading, because you can do Zoom, Pan and Tumble with 2 buttons and a keyboard or EK Remote. The 3D Pen coupled with EK Remote is the way to go. Assign your modifier keys to the remote and use the pen buttons for other things.

After watching a few reviews of the 3d pen, I opted to purchase it in conjunction with the Wacom Intuos Pro Small tablet, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The pen has a nice weight and feel, with solid construction and a sleek carry case that fits perfectly into my laptop bag. The three buttons are programmable and handy for 3d sculpting in Blender and Maya. The grip is comfortable, and I enjoy using the pen for drawing and sculpting. This was a great purchase, and B&H was excellent as always!
