The Intuos Pro Paper Edition Creative Pen Tablet from Wacom is a flexible graphical tablet that can be used to digitize your work, and by flexible, we don’t mean bendable. By itself, the Intuos Pro is a standard drawing tablet that connects to your system via USB or Bluetooth. It has eight customizable ExpressKeys and a Touch Ring to assist you with your workflow, and comes with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, which has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity.
This Paper edition includes a Paper Clip, a Finetip Pen, and ten sheets of A5 paper, allowing you to sketch on paper and store your work without having to be online or connected to a computer. The Intuos Pro is compatible with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, and in “Paper Mode”, you can use either the Finetip Pen, a ballpoint pen, or even a pencil. To share your sketches right away, connect to your iOS or Android device using Bluetooth.

I had the intuos 4 prior to buying this tablet. It is so much better and worth the upgrade. Love it.

I use the tablet with Wacom’s Art Pen and Corel’s Painter program to paint landscapes and portraits. This is my third tablet and the performance is perfect for duplicating real world brush strokes. I have never had any problems with Wacom’s products. R. Foster

The pressure sensitivity is buttery smooth, however even though it is double of my previous wacom capture tablet It’s not that drastic of a change. The texture is way better and I love the nibs that came with it. The express kills and dial definitley have aided my workflow. This product is a must for creative professionals dealing with digital graphics

I’m an illustrator and use photoshop to color my pencil drawings. This little tablet is just perfect! I’ve been using Wacom Intuos medium sized tablets for the past 15 years due to wrist issues and I’ve been very pleased with them. The small size works better (and is wireless!!) than my previous tablets. I wasted quite a bit of time worrying that the small size wouldn’t work as well for all my detail work but in fact, it is much better and it takes up much less desk space! I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I’m still extremely pleased with my purchase.

This is my first table so I have nothing to compare it to other than a mouse. I bought it to edit photographs. There is a learning curve but the tablet offers everything I can think of an performs very well. I should have bought one a long time ago.

Having upgraded from an older bluetooth wacom tablet, I’ve gotta say, this one knocks it out of the park and maybe around the block. I love the pen sensitivity, and the size. It’s great for the design work and general computer use. I only give it four out of five simply because I wish the battery of the wireless unit would last a bit longer than it does. But that doesn’t stop the tablet from being miles above what I used to have. A good purchase.

Going from the Intuos pro 4 medium to the Intuo Pro is like night and day. I love being able to use hand gestures and the tilt. My only con is the size. I do the majority of my work on my laptop because I am always moving around. What I failed to take into account was the overall size of the whole tablet. It doesn’t exactly fit into my backpack with everything else. Aside from that I am extremely happy with it.

The Intuos Pro Medium is really a great acquisition. Installed the drive and plugged it to my iMac and thats it. I am not a professional user, however I just played with the Photoshop CC this weekend and could have an idea on all its potential. The pressure sensitivity works fine. better than I could imagine. The touch property makes it able to you use the tablet in the place of the mouse very easily. Obviously that it was not bought for that, but the possibilities are endless. The express keys and the rotation menu gives you chances to simplify your workflow a lot. Thanks.

I am still learning to use and program my tablet and pen. That is harder than actually using it! As far as I have gotten, I love the Wacom Intuos Pro and Pen. The biggest problem with the process has been navigating the website. Too many things I clicked on looking for information and help took me to the pages that boast the product’s qualities for people interested in buying. Registering the product also was not clearly presented, had to wander around a lot before I got to the right place. There is a user manual, which I finally found. There are helpful videos on YouTube which they direct you to, but it took me a while to find that. They also offered a free 30-day trial for Lynda.com, which turns out to be the same as the website offers – and asks for a credit card so Lynda.com can start charging you when you forget to cancel. It would help a lot if they would go through the steps for setting up the tablet and pen in a clear and logical order with good diagrams and more thorough information. Through watching videos, I found out that the pen and tablet start out with default settings, which you can accept or change, and that the variety of choices is quite wide. I also found that people in each video had different preferences for settings, each providing food for thought. To conclude, The tablet and pen seem to work great once you get used to them, I can see that it will make editing easier and better for dealing with details. The main problem is the website which makes it difficult to find the information you need. Every link seems to take you back to something you have already read, and sometimes you have to try several times to get the support page to open up.

I was really hoping for this to be a WOW factor to my everyday photo editing workflow.. I had such high expectations for this Wacom Tablet. I read the reviews for weeks and looked around to see what people thought of it. I do want to say that the Wacom tablet is made very well and it has very nice feel and touch to them. That is were the good comments end. I have been a photographer for 20 plus years, and I have been doing photo editing for over 15 plus years in Lightroom & Photoshop CC. I guess being used to a mouse for all of my photo editing over the years made me realize that this was not going to be an easy adjustment to make, and I knew this too. I gave it 2 weeks, and still found myself being frustrated with this product. I really wanted to enjoy this product and I guess my expectations were set too high.. I have since returned it with NO problem thru the great customer service people at B&H Photo.

Love Wacom Tablets! Setup was easy. They do get a little pricey, but, then so do I because of what I can do with it!!

An essential piece of technology for anyone who is a serious creative and photo/video editor. Even if I’m not editing, I still use the tablet to navigate my Mac. The large is big! Make sure you have enough room for it. Absolutely no complaints 🙂

I haven’t bought a new pen tablet in a long time and this is so much better than the old versions. Works great and was a breeze to setup.

I bought the large at first, but it was too big so sent it back (no problems) the medium is perfect for doing what I do (photo & some video editing).

I purchased the Intuos Pro and absolutely love it! Makes Photoshop feel like a whole new program – much, much, much easier to manipulate images than with a mouse. BUT – the Wacom Tablet Software is not compatible with MAC OS X Yosemite. This is a huge issue on Wacom and Photoshop forums – and they’re correct – it’s difficult at best to find a work-around. Hopefully, they get their software updated for us MAC users. Other than the software issues, I do love my Wacom!
