The Intuos Pro Paper Edition Creative Pen Tablet from Wacom is a flexible graphical tablet that can be used to digitize your work, and by flexible, we don’t mean bendable. By itself, the Intuos Pro is a standard drawing tablet that connects to your system via USB or Bluetooth. It has eight customizable ExpressKeys and a Touch Ring to assist you with your workflow, and comes with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, which has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity.
This Paper edition includes a Paper Clip, a Finetip Pen, and ten sheets of A5 paper, allowing you to sketch on paper and store your work without having to be online or connected to a computer. The Intuos Pro is compatible with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, and in “Paper Mode”, you can use either the Finetip Pen, a ballpoint pen, or even a pencil. To share your sketches right away, connect to your iOS or Android device using Bluetooth.

This small Intuos is the perfect size for my daughter-in-laws needs for photo editing. Size is convenient on the desk and offers her more than adequate room for non-drawing editing. Would never have known this was refurbished as it is in perfect condition. This mom-in-law scored some points with this little surprise gift !!!

I use this tablet day in day out for retouching. When it comes to feel, use, and performance, I couldn’t be happier. Clipping and drawing hair can be done precisely and flawlessly, the sensitivity is perfect. There are unlimited shortcuts and functions that can be amended to custom desire. I have one for work and one at home. If you never want to use a mouse again, use this tablet.

My daughter has the medium size tablet. I borrowed it, decided I liked it very much, but only wanted to stretch to the cost of the small version. I bought it and have been VERY greatly impressed by this size. It is more comfortable to use, lighter, and far more convenient than the next size up. My handwriting is usually small as are my drawing movements and this suits me very well. I use it to write and draw while I teach (math) with a computer and projector and would not give it up for any smartboard or other HID.

Takes a little getting used to but it is a boon for my arthritis. think it is actually a little faster than a mouse. Should have bought one a long time ago.

If one is looking to take their Photoshop expertise to the next level this tool is invaluable. The driver download was easily performed and the tablet was readily recognizable once the drivers were in place. It does take a few hours to start to master the device. I watched several YouTube videos on how to start with the device. I think that took a lot of the learning pain away. I do still try to use mouse strokes when locating my cursor; that may never get fully relearned. I hard a tough time deciding between the three sizes and finally landed on the Medium. I am certain that for the amateur photographer/graphic artist the large would have been overkill. Likewise, I now believe the small would have too little active real estate to allow for free brushing.

Great though I think you don’t need this size

I don’t use all of its features to its fullest potential however I do use in Lightroom and Photoshop and I find that works flawlessly while speeding up my workflow. I really couldn’t ask for more.

I got this tablet to replace my Intuos 4 after I gave that one to my daughter. I expected it to be essentially the same, except wireless. I’d say it is much more refined than I expected, the pen operates smoothly and installation was a snap. As usual, I called B &H on telephone before I ordered and they were extremely helpful in assisting me to make the correct choice.

This has totally expedited my editing flow. Everything feels much more natural. Bluetooth works fantastic and it holds a charge all day.

I love these tablets but my biggest issues was the cord. Initially there were two, power and serial. Last one was just a single cord but still big and thick. This one is cordless and the battery lasts… well, I’m not sure. It’s been 8 days and I use it a lot and it’s still 56% full according to the little app in the windows notification area. I LOVE being able to sit back in my chair and draw. I wish I could afford the one that has the built in screen but that’s more than a grand and a few years away for me. Since the turn of the century I have not found a tablet on which I would rather draw. As an aside, I also got the airbrush pen and I do regret that purchase a bit. It totally does what it’s supposed to, feels good in the hand, but I think this is for people already comfortable with the airbrush. If you don’t already have the motor memory you can do the same with a regular pen; it just feels different.

I had a Wacom Intous Pro S. Stopped working. Wacom tech told me it was bad and needed to be replaced. Ordered a new one. It didn’t work – same problem. Drivers do not work on Windows 7 or 10. I found out its a multi-year known problem. Wacom does not have a fix. Also tried all suggestions from the web to make it work. I don’t understand how a company can sell a product that doesn’t work on Windows. Seriously. Stay away from this company and save yourself the headache.

I could not decide which size tablet to purchase but after reading many reviews I decided to go with the Small size. I’m glad that I did because I don’t even use the entire space. There is a little learning curve, but a life safer when it comes to small detail.

Out of the box, couldn’t interface with Windows 10. Duh! What’s with that? Drivers couldn’t be downloaded due to NO OPT OUT for cookie blockers (company device) which violate California’s CCPA law to bypass cookies. Wacom site come up blank if one didn’t accept mandatory cookies. Couldn’t register device, couldn’t download drawing app. After support (they were patient-registered manually and sent app via email), downloading apps and registering, pen still not connected to drawing program. After spending a day attempting to connect, it’s an expensive pen/mouse for Windows desktop scrolling and opening menu items, but still can’t use as a drawing instrument.

There a lot of great reviews out there about Wacom tablets so I’m going to keep mine nice and short: Just buy it, it just works, granted there is a small leaning curve and adjusting to it does takes a few days but once you do there is no looking back ! Its going to do wonders for you in Lightroom and Photoshop ! My only 2 tips would be to force yourself to use it all the time until you get used to it (hide your mouse for a few days) and buy the small one if you are planing on using it for Photoshop since setting uo an even smaller working area on it allows you to rest your palm comfortably on it while still being able to cover al of your screen using hand small hand movements and without having to rise your hand all the time (kinda like a mouse its able to reach all of your screen with out you having to lift your hand from the desk every time you need to reach for one of the corners)

The tablet has been an excellent addition to my toolset. Not only has it increased my accuracy with selections, it has made the whole process of editing faster and more intuitive.
