The Intuos Pro Paper Edition Creative Pen Tablet from Wacom is a flexible graphical tablet that can be used to digitize your work, and by flexible, we don’t mean bendable. By itself, the Intuos Pro is a standard drawing tablet that connects to your system via USB or Bluetooth. It has eight customizable ExpressKeys and a Touch Ring to assist you with your workflow, and comes with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, which has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity.
This Paper edition includes a Paper Clip, a Finetip Pen, and ten sheets of A5 paper, allowing you to sketch on paper and store your work without having to be online or connected to a computer. The Intuos Pro is compatible with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, and in “Paper Mode”, you can use either the Finetip Pen, a ballpoint pen, or even a pencil. To share your sketches right away, connect to your iOS or Android device using Bluetooth.

I need this tablet so I can start my career as a graphic designer and digital painter. No problems so far. You do need to buy a case though which Wacom sold out of, I contacted Wacom and they said they were getting more soon.

It is very useful, I wish there was a user friendly manual, however, there are a lot of useful videos at the Wacom web site, however, I needed to take a lot of notes, a written manual would have saved a lot of time.

The Wacom Intuos Pro Creative Pen tablet makes fine tune editing using Lightroom or Photoshop a snap. Well worth the small investment.

I upgraded to this tablet from a previous (non-bluetooth) Intuos Pro Medium. I was hoping many of the driver-related bugs would be fixed. It seems like the newer software works slightly better, but it’s still not as solid as I’d hoped (especially for a $380 product). I tried to use it via Bluetooth briefly but found it to just be too much hassle. Overall, I’d recommend this even though it’s quite spendy. I tried less expensive pen tablets from other brands but they were disappointing.

I use Wacom tables for professional photo retouching for more than five years and see as a reliable product. I also used them for digital painting as part of my business/ hobby and it works very well. I have been using for my job almost every day since 2006, with older models, mostly large and medium sizes since 2006.

This product was a special recomendation from Jeff Cable Photography, before this I was using a Bamboo Tablet, but the huge possibilities of configuration of this product is INSANE!!! You can have whatever configuration you want wich each program like Lightroom or PS and it is very easy to do it. I can now retouch an image without using the keyword or mouse at all!!! You can reduce your editing time a lot with this tool and also have more precisions in your editing.

I had one of the first generation tablets and loved it for years. I purchased this one because they stopped supporting it with software updates after a decade, but otherwise it was still going strong. This tablet is great with terrific ease of use and updated features for photography. My only complaint is having to pay another $30 for the smooth surface peel on sticker that must be purchased separately. If you don’t buy this, it’s like drawing on a chalk board….ouch! Overall I give this 5 stars and boy does a pen make a difference with things like carpel tunnel or repetitive stress injuries that are commonplace with using a mouse.

This tablet has more options than I imagined which means more learning. The fact that it can be used like an everyday trackpad is a huge bonus. Still getting used to it and playing with the avail customization, but I am very happy with the purchase thus far. I struggled with which size and model to get, For photo editing, this size and model is perfect. is just right

I studied reviews and chose WACOM for the quality. I chose the PRO version because of the added options, the advanced sensitivity, and the overall quality. My only difficulty was choosing large or medium. I went with the large and am very satisfied. I can always reduce the active area if needed. I purchased in combo with Painter 2016 and saved several hundred dollars.

After hearing enough people calling this a must have for photo refinishing, I opted for the large size table to complement my large monitor. The transition from mouse to tablet was quicker and easier than expected. I love having the large tablet when needed for fine work, with the flexibility of changing the live area on the tablet to a more practical smaller space when less precision is required. Very valuable and helpful.

I am a Graphic Design student. I use this tablet with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator on my 13 MacBook Pro. I decided on the Medium size after trying out the small. The small size was nice because it was the same size as my laptop and was easy to transport. But, I like the larger work area of the Medium, and it still fits in my book bag. Plus, B&H had it for sale for a great price. This is the first tablet I have ever used. It took me a couple of days to become really comfortable using it, but once you get the hang of it, it really speeds up the workflow. There is a lot I can do with the tablet, that just isn’t possible without one!

I have used Wacom tablets for years with Photoshop and Lightroom. The pressure sensitivity of the stylus makes editing so easy and provides so much control. Unfortunately, Wacom is experiencing serious issues with their software drivers which dramatically compromise the functionality of the tablet. Wacom is working on a fix but to date, many people are having problems despite an updated driver on the Wacom site. I’m working on a Mac and running Sierra. On the Adobe forum, there are many people who are experiencing the same problem. I wrote an earlier review but accidentally said I would recommend this to a friend in error…correction: I would NOT recommend until this software driver issue is fixed.

I mostly got this for doing post production in photo shop but found myself going into autodesk sketchbook to just freehand. Great sense of freedom to draw anything I want and have the tools right there by my side. So much like back in the day when I would sketch on paper using a pencil!

I’m still getting used to using it, but with the help of a few tutorials (particularly from Phlearn) I’m now using it pretty regularly for retouching portraits. Specifically, for blemish removal and skin work. The accuracy you can achieve – especially when you have the flow of your brush linked to pen pressure – is vastly superior to my previous work with a mouse/trackpad.

I’m a professional photographer. I’ve been using Wacom product since 2002. This unit is, by far, the most advanced I’ve used. It’s very responsive, great customization options, and WIRELESS!!!!! It works great with my 15′ MBP. I’m glad I got the SMALL instead of the Large. It fits perfectly in my computer bag. Now I can take my digital darkroom anywhere. I can’t think of anything bad about this product. I wish I could so I can make this review more interesting but I can’t. Sorry to disappoint.

I am a photographer and I use this product to edit in photoshop. As others have stated in the reviews I read about the table, it takes a bit of time to asjust and learn the product, but once you are getting the hang of things, you will wonder how you ever lived with out this editing tool. Fully customizable to your own needs, this is the perfect tool for editing and design work.

I’m a fashion photographer and most of the times I like to retouch my own images. The Intuos Pro (I’ve got the small one) is amazing and makes my workflow so much faster, easier and pleasant. The smaller model is compact and supplies me the exact amount of space I need. Sometimes I even prefer to use it instead of my magic mouse. You can use it wireless, the battery lasts, customizable shortcuts and buttons…
