The Intuos Pro Paper Edition Creative Pen Tablet from Wacom is a flexible graphical tablet that can be used to digitize your work, and by flexible, we don’t mean bendable. By itself, the Intuos Pro is a standard drawing tablet that connects to your system via USB or Bluetooth. It has eight customizable ExpressKeys and a Touch Ring to assist you with your workflow, and comes with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, which has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity.
This Paper edition includes a Paper Clip, a Finetip Pen, and ten sheets of A5 paper, allowing you to sketch on paper and store your work without having to be online or connected to a computer. The Intuos Pro is compatible with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, and in “Paper Mode”, you can use either the Finetip Pen, a ballpoint pen, or even a pencil. To share your sketches right away, connect to your iOS or Android device using Bluetooth.

This is the greatest; the size is perfect for my work space with my laptop and I can do all the editing in the area provided with this. I would recommend this for all, even those not working with Lightroom or Photoshop.

Maybe I am lucky but I have not experienced much in the way of glitches with this product. It works fine for a variety of tools like Krita and other non PS tools although you don’t have the level of integration with those that Photoshop has. I used to have an older intuos model for photo editing, I decided to upgrade recently for drawing and painting. The older intuos had many problems. Here’s hoping I don’t have them on the new one. System: Win 10, 32Gb of Ram, Quadra M4000, Xeon 6 core workstation.

I really struggled to get some relevant documentation on my model of Intuos Pro – PTH 660. They have lots of tutorials – most of which were irrelevant to me. I tried to call customer support – no answer. Its pretty clear, buy this product and you’re on your own.

Really great product. Helps with my photography processing, reduces my time in processing by almost half. Nothing more to say about this. One of the great product

After years of learning to be proficient with a mouse while using Photoshop, it seemed logical to graduate to using the Intuos Pro Creative Pen Tablet (Medium). It has been a little more than week since I received my new Tablet from from B&H after their prompt handling and delivery. At first, the learning curve seemed a bit daunting, but after only a short period of practice, I can see that my work flow will be more efficient, intuitive and creative in the future. . .

As a professional photog/editor couldn’t live without my Wacom! If you do photo editing don’t even hesitate.

I bought this for my daughter’s birthday present. Before purchasing, I did some research and asked questions to my friend who is a professional graphic designer. I know this is quite a price. Comparing all the features/specs and considering the average years it lasts, I decided to go for Pro in size Large as it will still pay off eventually. My daughter couldn’t be happier, and the same for me!

First – there is quite a learning curve on this thing. After buying it, I suggest going to Plearn.com and looking for tutorials on it’s use. I’ve had mine for a couple weeks and am still baffled at a couple of things. That said, it’s a more natural way of editing. I do notice that touching up photos is going faster and are more accurate.

Nice tablet, this is my 3rd tablet in the past 5 years. The control wheel in rotation needs improvement, it offsets x and y angles and very hard to reset. Also the controls are sensitive and must turn off the tablet when not in use. Great product but still needs improvement.

So much better with this table

I am a complete novice at photo editing on the computer using Photoshop or other programs, being from the old school of photography where everything was done in the camera. However, I am having fun using the tablet and find it is relatively easy to use. Using the tablet and pen is a good deal easier than using the mouse. I look forward to getting more proficient with it. I would easily recommend this to anyone, from a beginner to a more advanced user.

I use it most of the time in Lightroom. I hope that Wacom would fix the driver for smooth slider and curve control in Lightroom. Works great in Photoshop.

So many times I’ll be in photoshop or something where it would be really nice to have more control over the eraser tool, or brush tool. This thing just opens up a lot of opportunity. I use it some in RAW editor, photo editing and some logo designing. It’s also nice that its wireless, I can spend a lot more time editing when I can set up wherever. The medium is really the perfect size in my opinion.

I am using it instead of the mouse, mainly with Adobe Premiere to edit. It takes a few days to get used to, but then there’s no looking back. The mouse (or finger on touch pad) gives me problems with my shoulder and forearm, this seems to take care of that plus I prefer using it then a mouse. More precise and faster (once I’ll get used to it). So a win-win situation so far!

You are probably wondering “if he likes it, why only 4 stars?” The reason for that is the setup process irritated me. Downloading the driver and install didn’t go as smoothly as anticipated. After the initial setup of the device and getting presets in Photoshop done, it is a great tool for photo editing. I still use the mouse and keyboard for (I am left handed) and knowing basic fast keys helps. But the pen strokes and pressure sensitivity give and well blended look without having to change opacity for each movement. The other plus side from B&H is I got a YEAR subscription to Lightroom and photoshop. If that was not enough, they threw in an $80 gift card on top of that! I love this store. The product itself is definitely 5 star, but the initial setup was a pain for me.

I had the Medium for over a decade, I recently purchased the newer small and it is great. I don’t miss the extra space at all. I use it for Surface Pattern Design and Photography.

This offers great control for those accustomed to drawing with a pen, pencil or paintbrush. It’s a great investment for any kind of artist using a computer.

As I could see in other reviews, I’m still adapting to it. But it already showed very useful for Lightroom use.
