The Intuos Pro Creative Pen Tablet from Wacom is a flexible graphical tablet that can be used to digitize your work, and by flexible, we don’t mean bendable. By itself, the Intuos Pro is a standard drawing tablet that connects to your system via USB or Bluetooth. It has customizable ExpressKeys and a Touch Ring to assist you with your workflow, and comes with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, which has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity. When combined with the separately sold Paper Clip, Finetip Pen, and paper, the Intuos Pro becomes the Intuos Pro Paper Edition, allowing you to sketch on paper and store your work without having to be online or connected to a computer. To share your sketches right away, you can connect to iOS or Android devices using Bluetooth. Edit videos and create motion graphics with two months of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects included when you purchase and register your tablet. Regional restrictions may apply.

I used a Wacom Pen & Touch tablet for about 7 years. It was a wonderful and useful product. The new products that have evolved over time are even better and the Pro series is now more affordable. The Intuos Pro (Small) is actually large enough for all my needs. I don’t use large sweeping gestures so a larger tablet would be far less efficient. I considered a Medium tablet, but I’m glad I didn’t opt for it. There was no place in my area to try one out, so we had to purchase sight unseen. We got two of them. Every time I search for tablets, I find that Wacom still holds the top spot. I’ve only had it for a week or so and I haven’t explored all it can do. That will take awhile.

Wireless makes this the perfect tablet.

It takes a little getting used to. There are some great YouTube videos on this item for getting started. The advertisement here is that you can get rid of your mouse and use this instead. I’m not ready to do that yet. I purchased it as a tool for Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. I have a hard time moving the mouse with enough resolution and accuracy as I’d like. So, I’m getting going on this and I’ll be sure to update you on my progress with this tool.

I use the tablet with Wacom’s Art Pen and Corel’s Painter program to paint landscapes and portraits. This is my third tablet and the performance is perfect for duplicating real world brush strokes. I have never had any problems with Wacom’s products. R. Foster

At first, it feels a bit awkward but I quickly started loving it. This device is a time saver! I just started using this so I have a long way to go. I am using the pen tool and tablet to navigate everything on my desktop right now only to get used to using the pen tool. I don’t ahve musch experience but it isn’t intimidating at all. I have an iPad to search for how to videos on YouTube and play videos while doing on the tablet at the same time. You’ll love this product!

Large (uncramped) working surface makes workflow smoother. Previous (3) tablets all were OK but this is a dream to use.

This product is a must if you are only using creative programs with the mouse. I upgraded from a previous (cheaper) Wacom tablet that didn’t have all of the functionality the Pro line has. Spend the extra money to jump into the Pro series right away – you won’t regret it!

Great Size. I thought about getting the previous generation’s extra large size since the newest version only goes to large. Nevertheless, I’m happy with it and will eventually buy another for the home office.

Love this new Special Edition Tablet. Looks sleek and matches the new MacPro we’re bringing online strickly for video production. It does have a little bigger footprint than other past tablets but for me I like that and it feels natural. This is a wireless tablet and has a very small receiver that takes up a USB 3 slot in the MacPro. The Transmitter has to be installed in the tablet itself. Both of these items come with the tablet along with a USB cable if you need it. In the very beginning when I was setting this up, I went to Wacom & installed the proper driver. Then when the computer went to sleep & I woke it up the tablet wouldn’t wake up properly. The bottom line is, when the the CPU wakes up, you then push the center tablet button on the left sidethat wakes up the tabletthen just tap the ERASER end of the pen on the tablet and the pen is now activated. Own several workstations. They all have a tablet. Absolutely love tablets. Haven’t used a mouse in many years.

I tried this table for a week, found it difficult to learn, and much slower and hard to use than my trackball. I’ll be returning it.

These pads are everything they’re cracked up to be. And for whatever reason the Special Edition is cheaper (maybe people don’t like the silver?), you should go for this version because it also comes with wireless capability in the box. The other versions require additional purchases. It’s fast. Super accurate. I do only with you could control the height at which the pen can travel without impacting the cursor as it would impact the amount of bend you have to put in your wrist. Can make a difference after a long day.

This has totally expedited my editing flow. Everything feels much more natural. Bluetooth works fantastic and it holds a charge all day.

I use this for photo retouching and general navigating around my MacBook Pro 16 and it works perfectly. The wireless connection has been reliable and the battery lasts a long time. If you know you need one for retouching or design, you’ll love it.

I ordered the small version, then reconsidered, canceled, and ordered the medium version instead, and I am glad I did. I use it for photo editing, but also for navigating the web-no more mouse-and I keep re-customizing my setup as I have more experience with it. I use Catalina on an iMac and the pen can seem excitable sometimes, and slow at others, but that may just be my unfamiliarity. The pressure brush is a wonderful tool in Lightroom and Photoshop. The pen actually cramped my hand till a YouTube video showed me I was holding it all wrong (like a regular pen)-now it’s very comfortable. Glad I bought it.

I was using a mouse to support photo post-processing using Light Room and Photoshop. What a huge difference the Intuos Pro makes in speeding up that workflow, including better touch accuracy. One touch pen selections using the tablet and the Photoshop Clone tool to build image montages are a snap!

I have had Wacom tablets from adb to serial com to USB… My niggles have never been with the quality of Wacom tablets but their lack of legacy support. Could I have used my intuos 2 tablet… yeah, but the lack of software support on Wacom’s side dooms them to a bleak future.
