The Intuos Pro Creative Pen Tablet from Wacom is a flexible graphical tablet that can be used to digitize your work, and by flexible, we don’t mean bendable. By itself, the Intuos Pro is a standard drawing tablet that connects to your system via USB or Bluetooth. It has customizable ExpressKeys and a Touch Ring to assist you with your workflow, and comes with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, which has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity. When combined with the separately sold Paper Clip, Finetip Pen, and paper, the Intuos Pro becomes the Intuos Pro Paper Edition, allowing you to sketch on paper and store your work without having to be online or connected to a computer. To share your sketches right away, you can connect to iOS or Android devices using Bluetooth. Edit videos and create motion graphics with two months of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects included when you purchase and register your tablet. Regional restrictions may apply.

This tablet is flawless, but don’t expect to get a mouse with it. The compatible mouse costs $ additional. This tablet & pen is so easy to get used to you won’t miss a mouse after about a week. Installiation & set up super simple. Medium is about the right size for my crowded desktop. If you want mobility I’d choose the small.

I felt I needed to upgrade my tablet from my 6- or 7-year-old Intuos 4, since Wacom was no longer issuing new drivers for it — risky business in the new era of Windows 10. So I upgraded to this Pro Medium with its Special Edition aluminum trim, which I don’t seem to mind. The extra resolution is immediately noticeable going across two 23 monitors, giving me a much more accurate feel and targeting, particularly in Photoshop. But while the Intuous 4 had nice, mid-bright readable markings down it’s side, the PRO has four lit boundary corners on the pen surface (practical, I suppose) and one bright position light set at one of four respective corners of the scroll wheel. I keep thinking my CAPS LOCK is on, seeing it out of the corner of my eye, ad I STILL haven’t gotten used to it. I’d rather they lit the whole scroll wheel somehow, as I always have a hard time finding it in my (purposefully) darkened desk space.

I’ve owned the small and medium sizes but never a large. I feel like I can breath now!

Good for 3D, editing and color correction but small for drawing.

I recently purchased the Wacom Tablet (small, black, pro)and I love it. It takes a few hours to adjust to this tool, but from then on it is smooth sailing. The pen is comfortable to hold and use making it easy to do some exacting work on my photos. If you take photography seriously like I do, then get the Wacom table. You will not be dissappointedPhil DiMariaEastpointe MI

I use the medium Intuos Pro Tablet for Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, Illustrator, and Sketch Up. I just skimmed through the manual to customize the buttons and I was off and rolling. Very easy to start using immediately after it arrived. I originally ordered the large model, and it was simply to big to fit on the desk top or in my lap. It required sweeping arm movements to move the cursor across the screen. I’m glad I switched over and exchanged for the medium size. It is perfect. The best part is the level of control the user has, between the pen and the touch movement, I reduced my workflow time by probably 10 to 15 percent. It may not sound like much, but it made a noticeable difference in how I edit and create images. I was very much a keyboard short-cut kind of person, but now I hardly use the keyboard at all. However, that is the minor drawback. When I need the keyboard, I have to reach out to grab it. Not too difficult, but it breaks the flow. Again, this is by no means a deal breaker. The Intuos Pro tablet is awesome.

I use it when I’m editing pictures in photoshop. It’s alot bigger than I expected it to be but it’s so sleek and comfortable to use. it’s almost to big.

I’m a portrait photographer and I use my tablet for editing photos, maybe 8 hours a week or so, not everyday like some do. I originally purchased the small Wacom Photo Tablet but the nib on the pen was wearing out, so because I couldn’t just buy a replacement nib or pen I decided to upgrade to the Pro because it comes with replacement nibs and you can purchase the pen separately. I was worried the small would be too small, but it’s not, it’s actually the perfect size for what I do. It’s about the same size as the footprint of my MacBook air…easy to store, easy to travel with, not too big to use at my desk or kitchen table. I am so glad I did! The surface easier to use, the control and sensitivity is so so SO much better. The surface has more of a natural feel, I don’t feel like I have to bear down on the pen to get the effect I need. If you are questioning whether to get the cheaper one or this one, just go with the Pro, you won’t regret it!

After my Intuos 3 died after ten years of service, I ended up in the market for a new illustration tablet. This seemed to fit the bill, and I was not disappointed! Slimmer, lighter, very easy to set up…I can not recommend it enough.

Perfect size for my desk. Makes working Lightroom or Photoshop so much easier with more control. Should have bought this a year ago.

It is a well-established fact that Waycom is the way to go, period. However, I would like to see a slightly heavier pen and also, better instructions on real-world usage. For example, I didn’t know what to do the first time the tablet fell asleep. I couldn’t find anywhere how to wake it up. FYI, you press the round wheel button.

I’ve had the Intuos 3 for years and it was time for upgrade. Like the controls and wheel on one side. Gives a lot flexibility in customizing the tablet. Love the touch functionality of the tablet, which allowed me to get rid of the mouse when not retouching. Not entirely sure I like the rougher (paper emulating) surface texture. I can see where some painters may prefer that, but for retouching and other work it’s more bothersome then beneficial, which there was a way to choose surface.

When used with the latest driver (as of 10/2017), this is a great tablet. I had problems with earlier drivers on Win 7, but latest driver cleared up the problems!

I haven’t bought a new pen tablet in a long time and this is so much better than the old versions. Works great and was a breeze to setup.
