The Intuos Pro Creative Pen Tablet from Wacom is a flexible graphical tablet that can be used to digitize your work, and by flexible, we don’t mean bendable. By itself, the Intuos Pro is a standard drawing tablet that connects to your system via USB or Bluetooth. It has customizable ExpressKeys and a Touch Ring to assist you with your workflow, and comes with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, which has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity. When combined with the separately sold Paper Clip, Finetip Pen, and paper, the Intuos Pro becomes the Intuos Pro Paper Edition, allowing you to sketch on paper and store your work without having to be online or connected to a computer. To share your sketches right away, you can connect to iOS or Android devices using Bluetooth. Edit videos and create motion graphics with two months of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects included when you purchase and register your tablet. Regional restrictions may apply.

No problems with startup and has been performing without any problems. This replaced my small Intuous 4 which developed pen problem, I think.

this tablet will be used in photo editing the best of it is that it is compatible with all applications I have no negative comment

I use the Intuos Pro mostly for photo editing, and some graphics design work. The device seems to work fairly well with a few minor issues. On Mavericks the driver is lacking. For example the Radial Menu does not work correctly on dual monitors when separate spaces is active. Also, mapping settings don’t hold, so after a reboot I need to go back in and set them every time I use the device. Both issues are acknowledge by Wacom, but I have not heard any time frame on a fix. The wireless kit also was not as impressive as I had hoped. For some reason the Wacom pad would just shut off in the middle of use. Battery would show a charge of over 50%. I ended up going back to the USB cord, which has worked flawlessly. On the pro side, I love the pressure sensitive pen, the ExpressKeys, the flexibility in configuration. Note: you can have different settings PER application. So you can set the tablet to work one way for Lightroom, but another way for Photoshop. This seems to be a feature a lot of folks overlook.

I’ve been buying Wacom products for years. This latest Pro/Touch model tablet is also excellent. B&H is a favored distributor. The phone call team is super helpful, courteous and goes the second mile. Always call B&H!

So many times I’ll be in photoshop or something where it would be really nice to have more control over the eraser tool, or brush tool. This thing just opens up a lot of opportunity. I use it some in RAW editor, photo editing and some logo designing. It’s also nice that its wireless, I can spend a lot more time editing when I can set up wherever. The medium is really the perfect size in my opinion.

Bluetooth on this tablet works perfectly. Just tap a button and hop! you’re connected! Battery life lasts me a week! Love the design. LOVE the new multi-touch finger integration.

This is great for editing purposes, but unit seems to disconnect if you stop and rest for a bit. Needs to be updated so I do not need to restart my PC every time this happens.

After years of struggling with detail editing using mouse or trackpad, and knowing that I needed to get to the next level of control, I finally purchased the Intuos. There was no reason I should have waited this long. Awesome tool.

The revisions to this tablet are fantastic! I love the feature of being able to change the brush size from the ring on the tablet. It is without question an invaluable tool to me as a professional photographer when it comes to editing images.

I have used a mid-size Intuos Pro for a long time but I needed a smaller one to work at home. This tablet works as a charm.

Great as usual. Great deal on sale

I got this tablet to edit my photos. It has revolutionized my workflow. It’s such a breeze to edit layer masks and apply dodge & burn with a pressure sensitive pen in Lightroom & Photoshop. I’ve setup so that buttons on my tablet to create a new layer with & without the layers beneath merged, and it’s a big time saver too. Overall, I’m very pleased with this investment. The only annoying thing is that the tablet driver gets into a weird state every now and then, and I have to unplug the tablet, kill WacomTabletDriver and com.wacom.IOManager in Activity Monitor, then plug the tablet back in to get back to a good state.

I’ve been using a Wacom tablet for years and wanted to upgrade to get the bluetooth connection feature. Very happy I did so!

I really struggled to get some relevant documentation on my model of Intuos Pro – PTH 660. They have lots of tutorials – most of which were irrelevant to me. I tried to call customer support – no answer. Its pretty clear, buy this product and you’re on your own.

I was new to using a graphics tablet for photo editing so I there was a bit of a learning curve associated with it. Once I tweeked the settings to my liking, it made things flow much better and sped up my post processing.

This product was a special recomendation from Jeff Cable Photography, before this I was using a Bamboo Tablet, but the huge possibilities of configuration of this product is INSANE!!! You can have whatever configuration you want wich each program like Lightroom or PS and it is very easy to do it. I can now retouch an image without using the keyword or mouse at all!!! You can reduce your editing time a lot with this tool and also have more precisions in your editing.

After hearing enough people calling this a must have for photo refinishing, I opted for the large size table to complement my large monitor. The transition from mouse to tablet was quicker and easier than expected. I love having the large tablet when needed for fine work, with the flexibility of changing the live area on the tablet to a more practical smaller space when less precision is required. Very valuable and helpful.
