The Intuos Pro Creative Pen Tablet from Wacom is a flexible graphical tablet that can be used to digitize your work, and by flexible, we don’t mean bendable. By itself, the Intuos Pro is a standard drawing tablet that connects to your system via USB or Bluetooth. It has customizable ExpressKeys and a Touch Ring to assist you with your workflow, and comes with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, which has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity. When combined with the separately sold Paper Clip, Finetip Pen, and paper, the Intuos Pro becomes the Intuos Pro Paper Edition, allowing you to sketch on paper and store your work without having to be online or connected to a computer. To share your sketches right away, you can connect to iOS or Android devices using Bluetooth. Edit videos and create motion graphics with two months of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects included when you purchase and register your tablet. Regional restrictions may apply.

Bought this for my son during a holiday sale, which has proven helpful for his Digital Arts Magnet class. He uses it for his Photoshop & Illustrator projects which has gives him an advantage to improve the details in his drawings. The dimensions of this unit are the same as our Toshiba notebook, which makes in convenient to stick into the same carrying case. The silver and black design looks nice on our desk! 🙂

The Wacom Intuos5 tablet has made using PhotoShop tools so much more exacting! I’ve only had it for just over a week, but have already had fun getting used to the various effects possible. The pen-pressure sensitivity gives me amazing control and creative ability. I’m definitely on the learning curve and trying to intelligently set up the multiple functions available with my Wacom, I think that’s the hard part. As a photographer I know I’ll love it when using PhotoShop and Lightroom, things I’d never be able to do with a mouse. I’m impressed with the many express keys that can be set up for different functions in each computer program. So glad I choose the Wacom Intuos5 tabletnot turning back. I’m looking forward to what I’m going to learn this year!

Very sleek design and the price is even cheaper than the normal medium version! Functionality is very good with a lots of custom functions. The buttons on the left can be assigned to various key strokes or combos. The pen is pressure sensitive and has two buttons that are customizable. The wireless function is very nice and it comes with a wireless receiver and sender and the battery. SO you can use it without any wires plugged into your computer that might make your workplace a mess. Overall very good professional product with every aspect ahead of the game.

I used the Intuos4 before, but this is really easy, functional and useful.

Ordered and received Wacom Intuos Pro Small and received it in very timely manner. Thank you B&H. Went through the install process following the Mac Big Sur directions from Wacom but the Pen did not activate. Called Wacom support twice and tried numerous work arounds. Called the 3rd time and now the Pen functions. Issue was some Launch Agents(?) were disabled in the utility CleanMyMac. Thank you Wacom support. Once those Agents were activated all is well. The small tablet fits my needs perfectly.

My 2nd one, 1 for studio, 1 for travel. Great size for either. One tip is to use this instead of your mouse for a least a week, then it is 2nd nature.

This clearly gives opportunity for incredible control of the brush tool in Photoshop. Does it take getting used to? Of course. And you’ll have to learn to turn on/off pen pressure controls in PS where you need to, but once you learn how to manage the controls, I think it’s great! BUT, …I will say that I’ve already had a glitch with it. One day it started acting like I was touching the surface and I wasn’t. I wanted to throw it through a wall, and couldn’t figure out the problem. However, I removed and replaced the tip in the stylus and it seems to be behaving now.

I had an older version of this tablet before that I loved but this one is much smaller and the texture/sensitivity is much better. Wish I’d upgraded even sooner. I use it with my 27 Mac. With my laptop I reduce the active area so you might only need the small one if you don’t use large monitors.

The sensitivity can not be matched by any Pen and Touch tablet in this range

The Wacom Intuos Pro is a significant upgrade from the standard Intuos line. I was previously using a CTL-480 Intuos tablet, and the Intuos Pro is much thinner and built with more luxurious materials. The back of the tablet is clad in aluminum, and the pen grip is made of a super comfortable polymer. Additionally, the Bluetooth connectivity is more convenient than the proprietary wireless dongle used by previous generation tablets. Graphics tablets have a longer product life cycle than many other consumer electronics. Therefore, I always look for points of failure in any graphics tablet I evaluate. In addition to replaceable pen nibs, which is a standard feature for most graphics tablets, the Intuos Pro has a replaceable surface sheet. This significantly reduces the need to apply third party surface protectors to the tablet, albeit the surface sheets are costly. This is unavoidable with Wacom. The battery is not easily removable, so only time will tell if the tablet will continue to operate on USB power when the battery inevitably wears out.

My old Wacom table finally gave up on me after 7 years. I had to buy this during peak season so I am still getting used to all the features (haven’t had time to do the tutorials). I love that it is wireless, saves ports for other stuff and doesn’t get tangled with my headphones when I am listening to podcasts or music while I edit. Has a ton of pen tips, excited to try them all out, they are conveniently stored in the stylus holder. I would like it if I could get a left handed version (all the buttons are on the left, makes me have to reach across).

I do graphics and FX work for television and needed a tablet for my home set up. This tablet worked right out of the box and didn’t require too much set up to get working on my computer. Great product!

I am new with this type of devices, I only have a few days to use it and it is wonderful, I still have to adapt to its use. At the moment I see it great to edit photos in Photoshop.

Exactly what I expected. I have used Wacom tablets at work for years, but with everyone working from home I had to buy my own. It is one generation newer than any others I’ve used. It works great! Exactly what I need it to be.

This is the 4th Wacom tablet I’ve bought. Everyone single one has been awesome. Two of the three were gifts, including this one. The recipients love them as well. Once you start using a Wacom tablet for any artistry or editing, you’ll never go back to doing it by mouse. I even take my with me on out of state shoots so I can edit in my hotel rooms. Great item!
