The Intuos Pro Creative Pen Tablet from Wacom is a flexible graphical tablet that can be used to digitize your work, and by flexible, we don’t mean bendable. By itself, the Intuos Pro is a standard drawing tablet that connects to your system via USB or Bluetooth. It has customizable ExpressKeys and a Touch Ring to assist you with your workflow, and comes with the Wacom Pro Pen 2, which has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity. When combined with the separately sold Paper Clip, Finetip Pen, and paper, the Intuos Pro becomes the Intuos Pro Paper Edition, allowing you to sketch on paper and store your work without having to be online or connected to a computer. To share your sketches right away, you can connect to iOS or Android devices using Bluetooth. Edit videos and create motion graphics with two months of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects included when you purchase and register your tablet. Regional restrictions may apply.

I have wanted one of these for years, and am not disappointed. The initial set-up was a little vague as the software wouldn’t auto start and should have, but figured it out pretty quick. One issue is that when using Lightroom it is not easy to fine-tune the toggle buttons with the pen. Maybe it will get easier with practice. But that is more a Lightroom issue than the tablet.

I shoot only large, raw image files and use Capture One Pro. Looking back, I don’t know how I managed without this tablet.

I love it, I should have thrown the mouse away years ago, this pen is a creative persons tool of choice. Don’t get me wrong it does take time to set up the preferences just right on what button does what, but it is so customizable that’s a breeze. Love it!

I have the blessing of being left-hand, and also the curse, and the Intuos Pro makes retouching my images so easy and the only time being physically left-handed is an advantage. Finally!!! I use it on the left and am free to leave my mouse where it usually sits. This tablet is a must for me in Photoshop. I don’t use it in Lightroom, so having both options is super. The tablet itself has been reliable and like everyone says, if you use it for a few days, the awkwardness definitely passes and workflow moves quicker. I had he small for my 5 year old iMac, but upgraded to the huge screen iMac this year. Moving to the medium was perfect. I highly recommend the product as helpful and well made and these new pens feel really good in your hand. I had the smaller pen with my old tablet. Love this one!

I have had a Wacom graphic tablet in the past. It’s amazing how the product has evolved over the years! I get lost a little in terms of programming shortcuts, I have to adapt to this new Wacom generation, but the investment is clearly worth it! I was hesitant to order from you, your banner is not known in Quebec (Canada). We don’t have a B&H Photo/Video here. I was very surprised to see the versatility of your website & the integrated transcription in Canadian dollars. The speed of processing and shipping is exceptional! Thanks for this incredible service!!

Purchased this tablet for smoother photo retouching and drawing, including drawing smooth and natural lines/shapes that I convert into vector paths. Pros: SO much easier to use for drawing/retouching than a mouse Cons: Working with Wacom customer service on a pretty significant bug that is slowing me down considerably. I anticipate we’ll get it resolved- that’s my hope! If the bug gets fixed, this tablet will get 5 stars from me, if not, I’ll have to return it, which I do NOT want to have to do. Fingers crossed! B&H shipped promptly for a great price. I will definitely buy from them again!

Once you use it for your photography post processing you can’t go back

I am not new to Mac but this Wacom gave a a full day of trying to figure out how to install the drivers, it took many many attempts to get it right, I have many downloaded apps for the web in my Mac and none gave me such a hard time to get it right

I got this on sale. It works well and I really like it for programs like Lightroom. The touch pad is convenient when you use with the pen cause you don’t really have to put pen down to drag your finger. you just want to map a button on it to turn touch off if you go back to a mouse cause you might be pressing a lot accidentally. haven’t really gotten the program (app) specific buttons to work. meaning change the use of the hard buttons for specific apps and or general use. it seems to stick to one setting regardless of the app I made custom settings for. it’s the right size for my desk. keep in mind the whole inside square surface is not the usable area. it’s only within the white brackets on the surface. however…. I found it a little tricky to set up on a Mac. I have a 2019 iMac and it’s causing issues. I’m not 100% it’s because of that but I’ve had it unplugged for a few days and less issues with crashes. I’m going to investigate further. oh, and yes, you can use wirelessly but it’s not bluetooth, so you have to use a USB dongle thing anyway, so it’s still taking up a USB port not saving you that issue.

I’d used a Wacom Cintiq in the past and loved it, so switching to an Intuos and not editing directly on the screen had me a little nervous. Took me less than a day to adjust to it and it’s made my workflow so much easier. Drivers were a breeze to install, and setup was streamlined and intuitive. Would highly recommend!
