I am disappointed in the mount. If the location points South you should be fine but the mount is limited and should have an additional elbow or joint to allow for more difficult installations

So far, so good! We put up the solar panels with our cameras about two weeks ago, and I can see in my ring app that they’re doing their job of keeping the camera batteries charged (and one in a place that doesn’t get that much sun each day). I would not put cameras up without the solar panels. I don’t know yet if they “last”, but glad to have them.

The solar panel seems well made and was easy to connect to my Ring Spotlight Cam. The only problem I have is that the plug that connects it to the camera does not have the flanges that hold the plug tight against the body of the camera as pictured on the site. I also assume that this helps make the solution further water resistant.
