This was very easy to install. After a few days of Phoenix sun it took one battery from 66% to 100% charge. The only negative is that the connector that goes into the camera is not the same as the RING solar panel. It doesn’t have the securing screws for the back.

It’s been a week 100% charge. So loving it. No problems with compatibility, in fact, the ring panel I got 2 years ago, apparently was an older brand, needed an adapter, which ring provided for free once I contacted them, however it started to corode which is why I needed a new one. Very satisfied.

It was very easy to install but when you plug in the solar panel the ring device asked you if you want to go to wired the answer is no you do not. I changed our mind to wired and then they did not work! Then I had to go back and change them all back to battery-operated
