I like how compact this hdd is, i use it to backup my photos not as a game drive for consoles, but so far its been working excellent. Reading and writing speed are not as fast as WD claims but is close and good for usb 3.0 interface (i dont understand why WD calls it usb 3.2 gen 1 if its has no usb c cable or interface, it is micro usb type B interface to usb A cable, well i suppose its just marketing intentional confusion on people that dont know much about tech)

Not only does it operate as advertised, but the price point, for a QUALITY product, is excellent. Simply hook it up, wait about 10 seconds and the console will recognize it automatically.

I got this p10 xbox . The drives themselves have been great. I’ve written at least 2TB of data to each of them without problems. I bought them because until now the biggest external USB drive you could get that didn’t require an external power supply was 2TB. Now it’s up to 5TB and I’m replacing the old ones. I’ve had good luck over the years with WD. Love to play p10

This hard drive is everything I had hoped for. We saw it multiple times on our trips to the store and its visually eye catching. Clean white plastic with black trim and a large logo on the front. It matches our xbox one and can easily be hidden or displayed. In the hand it feels sturdy, the material is smooth and does not feel cheap or thin. We loaded about 25 games on it so far with plenty of room for many more! It even has more storage then my desktop that I play xbox games on!

This game drive plugs into the usb in the back of the Xbox. It is simple to set up. The size of the game drive is small and portable. The top and bottom is textured. The bottom has 4 rubber grip feet which keeps it in place. Transferring my game library to the game drive was simple. I could fit my full library of 52 games and apps with lots of space left of the game drive.

I purchased 4 (2 from B&H) of the 4T’s and one 2T. I used them to archive 30+ years of digitized video and photos. I gave them as gifts to my children. And condensed my computer files. I chose the WD_Black because of the speed, the space and the physical size. Loading was simple. It took about 7 hours to load the 2T, and approximately 13 hours for the 4T’s. No DOA’s. No; stutters or cliches during the loading process. All went seamlessly. Hopefully, the drives will last for years and give my kids as much enjoyment as I had watching them grow into adults.

Great for me. The product comes well packaged, looks the part, well made and is reasonable fast. It connects to your PS4 / device with a standard USB cable I tend to swap current games i’m playing onto my Pro SSD as it’s obviously much quicker, but when you have the size of games so large now, an external is a must have to save you from constantly deleting and installing games! The hard drive its nicely next to or on top of your PS4. This would also be compatible with Xbox One, PC or Mac!
