No issues so far, got a good deal on BF. Not much difference in terms of boot speed comparing to evo 860, but huge boost on writing/reading file.

There’s not much to say about an SSD. Wanted something to back up pictures on the go in a small form factor, so picked up one of these and popped it into an enclosure and I was off to the races! It’s fast and small and light. Exactly what I was looking for.

I have built 3 custom PCs for media creation, photography, video editing, 3D renderings and more and all of them are loaded with at least 1 M.2 hard drive. They are incredibly fast and extremely easy to install onto your MB (no wires at all). Its just a plug and go technique which makes it very desirable above a 2.5/3.5 drive (though they have their place as well) As with all technology m.2 are advancing quickly, its affordable to get a 1-2TB and as time goes on that size will increase and the price decrease.

Super fast I installed in my hp laptop workstation with intel xeon and nvidia Quadro.

Exceeded my expectations. Great performance.

I am using this drive in a Acasis M.2 enclosure connected to a Mac Studio Max. This combination provides 3087 MB/s Read and 2923 MB/s Writes when tested with AmorphousDiskMark 4.0 SEQ1M QD8. This provides me 2TB of fast disk to augment the 1 TB that came with my Mac Studio Max. This drive is capable of higher speeds but is currently limited on Mac Thunderbolt to this level of performance. For my current needs this is fine. Eventually higher speeds may be possible with a TB4/PCIE4 NVMe enclosure gets introduced.

Just received the WD and tested the drive installed in an Orico external case. The drive was very quick (505mb/s) transferring a 2.7gb file. Formatting it was also very quick. Highly recommended

Didn’t encounter any issue It would be great if it comes with an M2X3 screw as accessory.

I purchased this as an upgrade for my custom PC build, and let me say this is really fast. I use this for editing as well gaming, and in the proper M.2 NVME port, this thing can sustain full 3,000 mb/s read/write speeds with no problem. Absolutely love it.

Got a chance to grab this ssd on sale while it was on back order. Had to wait a couple weeks for it to come back in stock but price and performance was definitely worth the wait!

I will be adding more of these as needed. Really nice.

This product arrived quickly, I am from Peru. I installed the WD black software, I can see the SSD status and the recommendations on its ways to transfer files and clone. I have put this M.2 SSD in my Asus Rog Strix GL553VE laptop, I dont have problems, rather it goes super fast. I’m excited for my laptop upgrade.

B&H as always delivers their products quick and with the packaging neat an intact. I’ve thrown this sucker into my PS5 and it works great as storage!

The only problem I had installing was limited space inside my PC. I had to remove the display adapter to have enough room to insert the drive properly and insert the tiny retaining screw. Once everything was put back together and I got my OS configured to use the drive, I saw that it is as fast as advertised. It is about seven times as fast as my SATA III SSD, and about 14 times as fast as my SATA III HDD. And I can really tell a difference in the everyday use of my Arch Linux PC.
